On-time, professional, emmaculate bus, driver kind, attentive and professional. Will definitely book again. Be sure to tip your driver the day of, cannot add a tip after the fact, unfortunately.

I woke up on a rainy Saturday morning, excited to go to Six flags with my friends when all of a sudden after an hour of waiting they tell us that the buses canceled last minute. Definitely don’t recommend their service.

The bus was there on time and the driver was very helpful and accommodating the whole day.

Our bus driver was prompt picking us up (both times) and very nice to work with. I booked this trip very last minute and customer service was responsive and helpful in getting me a bus, even 48 hours from the event time.

Everyone really liked the bus driver; he was super friendly and accommodating. He was perfectly on time picking us up both in the morning and as soon as we were ready to leave. Our group also enjoyed that there were full outlets on the bus at each seat.

Booking was made super easy with Tony and our driver was on time and very professional. The only thing I would change is the call at 5:50am to ask how my experience was.

Our driver Aziz was wonderful pleasant kind and just an all around good person very nice and my initial contact with Michelle Garzone I'm not sure I spelled her name right Michelle forgive me but she was absolutely wonderful and answered every email and phone call helped in everyday possible others can learn from her answered every question she worked we me and my group. You will do better with communicating better some of your agents don't return phone calls some people don't have the know how to check emails and prefer returned phone calls I'm thankful I do also I paid up front and paid in full and was emailed that the price changed because it wasn't booked in time which wasn't the case and was told if I didn't respond and except it it would be canceled we were charged more for you guys using a different vendor which we should have paid the same price we were quoted you already had the payment in full it was a money grab we were charged an extra 400 dollars you advertise and executive bus with a bathroom I was told you don't have that but it's on your website I was told if I wanted a bathroom I had to get a bigger bus which I had a smaller group also you advertise 28 passenger Mini bus but you don't let people know that the driver seat is counted as one of the seat so actually it's only 26 seats 28 counting the drivers seat and the front seat the only thing that made all of the great was Aziz our bus driver and Michelle my first Agent this review would be much different so thank you Aziz and Michelle.

The driver was very professional and attentive. He assisted with loading materials onto the sprinter in an organized manner. And he made sure everyone was secure before personally closing the door upon departure. The sprinter was very clean. The air conditioning and heat worked efficiently. There was water available for passengers.

A very comfortable bus and a very good and nice driver.

Our bus driver was the best! The customer service and the hospitality that was provided was worth beyond 5 stars. I would definitely recommend especially if I could hook with her. The price was a little pricey than others in the area, but with our driver Mandy it was worth it.
