A good experience at this clinic. Dr. Erdelyan was knowledgeable, thorough, and caring. He explained after care well, and made you feel comfortable during the procedure.

Front desk professional ✅ ensured my insurance and billing was preauthorized, although there was a delay with initial pre-authorization they made sure it was correctly processed in order for me to get the the correct out of pocket before moving forward. Dr. Ball and his staff were awesome, procedure was a little painful, but he was careful and had a great bedside manner! Everything was explained for aftercare and follow up in the next steps in the process. I came in nervous and left satisfied!

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY. After attempting to pay my bill online three times with my credit card and the website indicating to me that my payment failed all three times, I then called to arrange payment over the phone. That payment processed immediately. Three days later I logged into my credit card account and it showed that those three payments that the website indicated failed had actually gone through. When I contacted them to have this corrected, they said the only option was to send me a check sometime in the next 10 to 15 business days. I am still waiting. Meanwhile my credit card payment is due and my credit rating just dropped 47 points simply because their website had a technical glitch.

Update: This is about a bill. No medical information is being shared. I ALREADY contacted you at wecare @usaclinics.com. My issue is still not resolved. Told on April 24 I could not get a refund to my card because my old card expired and only option was a check, which would take 10-15 business days. After I posted this review someone called to tell me the check was mailed on April 27. I told them I had not received a check and they said they would have someone call me back. No phone call.

I was hesitant about getting the vein treatments advised. I had heard from a number other ladies that theirs had not produced noticeable results. So I looked at online reviews of the various businesses and searched about effectiveness of such treatments. That led me to try this clinic. I am happily surprised at the changes in my legs even though I'm not quite finished with my visits (two more to go). I can recommend this clinic as being worth the treatment and the efficiency of the office. I've got nothing but praise for both doctor and his assistants.

I have dealt with varicose veins for 3 decades, as my mother did. This vein clinic has been an important resource to manage progressive symptoms, from compression stockings to vein infusions. Staff has always been professional and personable, with my best interests as a priority. Both medical stabilization and cosmetic appearance have been monitored and treated effectively. I am grateful for the excellent care I have received here and I plan on using this valuable resource.

Meeting and having Dr. Attebery for a Doctor was the best, she was thorough and done everything she could to resolve my problems, she went out of her way and made phone calls to my heart Doctor to try and get to bottom of why my legs were swollen after being treated for varicose veins. I am extremely active at 79 years old. Walk over 10,000 steps several times a week, strength train, swim and do interval cardio work on a stationary bike 2 to 3 times a week. Right knee arthritis becoming an issue. Had tried hyaluronic acid injections for 2 years at 6 month intervals. Got some relief but clicking, pain and tightness really hampered my desire to go all out.
This GAE treatment seems to be a step up ( pun intended) in elevation of pain. If you find chronic knee pain holding you back please try this before knee replacement, you just might thank me.

Very polite, professional and made me feel comfortable the entire time I was there. They explained everything thoroughly and made sure that I understand how the procedure works. They also scheduled my upcoming appointments so they don’t interfere with my work schedule.

Dr. O’Brien and her staff in Mooresville were very welcoming and professional. I trusted them to work on my veins and they seemed very concerned that I was happy with the outcome.
