This site is a scam. I ordered a sweater for a friend during the Boxing Day sale. After waiting the "guaranteed" 12-15 days, I reached out and was told the order was still processing. A few days later I reached out again and was told that the supplier ran out of material and they had to cancel my order. For over a week now, I have been chasing for my refund. They have told me multiple times now that there is a technical error but it feels like they are lying and refusing to refund me my money. I don't know if they are hoping customers give up on receiving a refund but note of caution, DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

They have even attempted to send me screenshots of the refund but it has all been lies.

GO TO YOUR BANK NOW and ask them to help you get your money back. This is the only way.

I bought the John Dutton Yellowstone Season 3 Leather Jacket for my husband’s birthday. Unfortunately, the fit wasn’t right. I contacted customer service and their response was quick and they offered a couple of ways to fix my issue. I was impressed with the customer service I received. I appreciated the quick responses to all my emails. My husband loved the jacket.

For my experience the customer service was good. I explain the problem of the size and they where more than happy to help me.

Ordered the Beth Harmon Queens Gambit Jumper for the other half and I can quite simply say its the worst jumper I have ever seen for the money charged. The quality of the material was terrible (very hard/stiff vs expectation/picture), the neckline is nothing like as advertised and the cuffs are separate items attached. Overall very poor quality and certainly nothing like as advertised. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!
On the plus side, USA Jacket have responded and offered some compensation but even with this taken into account the cost is way too high for the quality of garment received

Ordered a jacket that was a cheap knockoff from a tv show. I've don this before from other companies and it has been garbage but this showed up and the size and quality were fantastic. I love the jacket.
There was a little problem with the discount and they say they have refunded it to me. We will see.
They shorted me on the refund and only refunded me $20 instead of 20% after I asked them to give me the full 20% about 5 times. The reasons the discount was not applied was that they said to enter the code you had to checkout and then never had a spot to enter the code. Then they didn't even want to give me the discount until I gave them a 5star review and posted pics. The jacket is nice and quality but they seem to be scamming to get that extra $50. What a hassle, I probably won't order from them again.

Communication with USA jacket has been very good. I miss ordered the wrong size and they cooperated with me to get the correct size. The coat came to me in quick time. The quality of my coat was excellent and the quality of the materials was excellent.

Jacket took two months to deliver and was cheap knockoff that looked nothing like the image. I have pictures to show. Took zero responsibility on addressing offering minimal to no compensation. This company offers garbage for product and has poor customer service.

A bargain price for such a vest . I bought it in leather and I am satisfied with my purchase . Completely as in photo and description . Very well finished . I normally wear an L but ordered it in XL and this is totally my size , so I assume smaller sizes are used here . The customer service works perfectly and the shipment was very fast even though the package was send from Pakistan . 100% fan .

I’m very satisfied. My experience about the company’s costumer service, is amazing. Very flexible, and when my jacket was done, they sent some photos, and said that they could change anything i wanted. But it was perfect, identical to the one i wanted. Talked to a very nice woman on e-Mail through the whole prosess, and i can’t honestly say one bad word about this company. Would absolutely recommend!
