Butterfly Peas seeds - Too Old

I ordered Butterfly peas (Clitoria Ternatea) seeds, fortunately only 50 seed pack. Turns out they were too old to germinate. Carefully tended in pots and have 2 plants to show. Asked USAGardenshop twice now about that but received no response. Ordered from different company and their seeds germinated in two days simply soaking in water. Pretty confident now that not my technique but rather old seeds USAGardenshop was peddling. I won't deal with these people again.
