USA Freedom Store is a complete scam! I ordered women's T shirts over 4 weeks ago - Early March 2026, never received them. I then found out they are made in China then shipped to Hungary. After following up, there is NO tracking number and they ask for an order number - which you do not get when ordering. I should have paid more attention. The website indicates that the products are made IN AMERICA but this is not true. Be VERY WERY about ordering from this site. You will not get your products and there is no way to track them.

Very cheap and no where near what they advertised

I can't believe companies are still using this shipper. 30 days now and counting, still no delivery. Shipping updates are useless and seem to be auto generated. I've already filed a fraud claim with my CC company.

Took 30 days to arrive. After it showed it shipped 14 days later, they said we ship the new order. Both tracking #s arrived at the same time, but only 1 order. So they lied about the shipping. These shirts are so thin wife's bra or nipples show through. and the shirt color shows through splotchy in the printing. They are not made in the USA, as the website says. They are giving me hell about returning to China and only offering a fraction to get me to stop emailing them. They are a scam made in China, not the USA, as they say many times on the website....

SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!! I ORDERED THE END OF SEPTEMBER, FINALLY AFTER GOING BACK & FORTH THEY SAY
We are so sorry for what happened.
As we checked, your parcel has been returned by your local post office. 
What's more, this parcel will not be returned to our original warehouse, which means we can not receive the parcel neither. 
In this case, we have two solutions for you: 
1. If you still want the product, we can resend your order, but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the first shipping fee.
2. If you would like a refund,  but we have to minus the shipping fee and the loss of the product from the refund.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! I FEEL LIKE FACEBOOK SHOULD REFUND THE DIFFERENCE SINCE THEY OBVIOUSLY DON'T CHECK OUT WHO THEY LET ADVERTISE ON THEIR SITE!!

I ordered two shirts from them, and aside from it taking an inordinate amount of time to get them (from Italy), one of the shirts was bad. The printing was crooked and it had a big stain in the middle just under the word freedom. I asked for a replacement i was told that they would only offer me a refund and offered me $4 for a $21 shirt. We went back and forth with negotiations until I was told $12 was most they would give me, and that took weeks to get. Do not order anything from them, they do not stand behind their product and use a 3rd party support service. I’m not happy at all!

The absolute worst Online Vendor I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They advertised that they were from the USA and shipped from Arizona, and Guaranteed delivery within 2 weeks. My order took 5 weeks, and they refused to cancel the order when I discovered they were in China. My order was missing an item and the items I did receive were Terrible quality and not true to size. I sent them pictures as they requested, and they offered me $7 as compensation ON $94 Order, and just kept telling me that it would cost me too much to return. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THEY ARE CROOKS!

I have been battling with this company since August. Do not buy a single thing from them. I have never dealt with a company like this. They agreed in a 50% refund on two items that I threw in the garbage can because the quality was so bad. That was an August still have not received a refund. Incredibly disappointed wasted $65 on absolutely nothing. (I have over 30 email threads on attempts of the refund)

Seems like I am in the same boat as others here. I ordered 2 items & they say that there were delivered to me. The address the tracking shows isn’t even my town! When I tell them that I want a refund they gave me the same line as others about checking with neighbors! What neighbors that live in the town where the package was supposedly delivered to! Really tired of social media promoting these scumbags!

Product took an enormous time to be delivered. Incorrect sweatshirt received.
Emailed customer service and I was told I indeed ordered the incorrect sweatshirt and that it would be very costly to return. They offered me $3 to keep me happy!
Total beat and switch operation!

The order arrived 6 weeks later than the advertised delivery date when purchased. The 15% tax they put on the purchase is ridiculous as well. The quality of the material used is not worthy of lining my parrot cage floor with. Stay away from this vendor!

TOTAL SCAM!! Like so many others on here I ordered a hoodie on October 3, and I STILL haven't received it. The tracking number they gave me said it was being shipped from Ireland! I've sent them an email saying I never received the package, and their response was that it was delivered and I should ask my neighbors and look around the house and in the bushes. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? look in the bushes?? $45 down the drain. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

As like others arrived weeks late and poor quality! No returns! Do NOT buy from this company it was click bait because I got products were made in the USA

100% a scam.

They provide fake tracking info even and also charge more than what the order total is, and add a fake tax amount.

I ordered 3 shirts from them on Sept 21. Tracking started in Italy then they got through customs (supposed to made in America). They are still in Transit on Oct 20.Got in touch with them they said the order was delivered to the wrong address. For additional money I could reorder.

This company totally scammed me as well. Placed an order for, luckily just 1 t-shirt, so sorry for the individuals who purchased multiple items. I placed an order on 9/30/25. Was told that they delivered items on 10/29/25 and THEY DID NOT DELIVER! When I asked for my refund they stated I need to check with family and neighbors and also check with postal carrier. Postal carrier does not even recognize the tracking number. This company is nothing more than a bunch of freaking SCUMBAGS preying on the death of Charlie Kirk. That site needs to be blocked and removed. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE SCUMBAGS!!

Up[date as of 11/18/25 - I finally received the Red Freedom t-shirt that I ordered and it is quite a joke in its quality. It is not even the shirt that was advertised and the quality of the shirt is complete JUNK!! So very very disappointed!! Hard lesson to learn however, will make me look much deeper into vendor who is advertising and selling. This company is completely taking advantage of those of us who truly were looking for a momento to a GREAT man and this is horrible of someone to mislead and basically rip people off. Once again, just shows me that Worldy things truly do not matter, and that the flesh of the skin loses more then not. I will keep all of my Trust and faith in God and stop with the Worldly Things!!

Total scam!!! Charge through PayPal was from Croatia. I did receive timely tracking updates regularly. However, the final tracking said items were hand delivered to someone in Elk Grove, IL…I live 6 hrs away!! Contacted company, their response:
“If you still want the product, we can resend your order,

COMPLETE SCAM!! Sent me tracking for USPS and they do not show that tracking number as valid! They stopped replying to my emails after I called them out. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

1) The hoodie did not arrive on time for the event I wanted it for. 2) However, even if I had received on time, I would have NEVER worn the hoodie! The quality was awful! The red color was sprayed on, so at the seams and where it was creased, you could see white. I sent them pictures. The picture I saw on Facebook was NOT of the actual product. 3) I noticed on my receipt they charged me over 32% in taxes!! I complained and they refunded all of the taxes. 4) After I told them the quality was bad and I wanted a refund, they offered me $6.00 back. I told them no, then they offered me $9.00 refund. I decided to accept, and get something back. I did not see them paying for me to ship back to China. I have yet to receive the refund. FACEBOOK BE ADVISED, I WILL NO LONGER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM A COMPANY ADVERTIZING ON YOUR SITE.

Items ordered (3) arrived over two weeks past promised date, and quality was totally inferior. When I contacted seller, I was told to give my items away to another person, and they would offer me $6 USD for my $76.46 purchase!!
FRAUD/Scam: website says items made in USA but these came from Italy! Seller not willing to help with refund. Makes excuses.
