Chuck was extremely unprofessional

My wife reached out to receive a quote from the company for a trip we had coming up. We heard back from an employee named “chuck” who assisted us with a quote. During our search for several charter buses we decided to go with another company, however my wife has received countless calls from Chuck. This culminated in my 8 months pregnant wife received a scathing, ugly and personally attacking voicemail. I called back to be removed from the call list and ask why she had received this voicemail and was nearly in tears at a child’s play.
Chuck decided to raise his voice at me rather than have a conversation and proceeded to hang up on me 8 times while all I wanted was to tell him to remove us from his calling list. Needless to say we will not be contacting this company again and would highly recommend another charter company if you are looking around. The level of unprofessional behavior that Chuck exhibited is one of the worst customer service experiences I have received in a very long time.

Refused to provide a quote…

They refused to provide a quote assuming I would not be able to afford the trip based on the bus type I chose. I asked to be transferred to someone that could provide a quote and they hung up.

Zero stars, ruined my wedding

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company ruined my wedding day.

We hired this transportation company for shuttle services on the most important day of our lives, and they completely dropped the ball.

On our wedding day, the shuttle that was supposed to depart from the hotel with our guests at 2:50 PM didn't even arrive to pick them up until after 3:20 PM. As a result, not a single guest was able to use the shuttle. Instead, 50 guest groups had to scramble to find Ubers, paying out of pocket (~$50 per group) to get to the venue. That’s $2,500 in unexpected guest costs alone, not to mention the emotional chaos it caused.

The ripple effect of this delay was enormous:

We lost 1 hour of ceremony time, venue time, cocktail hour, and open bar... thousands of dollars gone.

We lost 1 hour with our photographer. This meant I never got photos with some of my family members, and those memories I wanted to have photographed for the rest of my life just never happened.

Most heartbreakingly, I, the bride, was on the phone dealing with their team instead of walking down the aisle. When I called for answers, their staff was rude and dismissive, telling me their “driver was stressed.” (While I was waiting to walk down the aisle and I had all of my guests also waiting.)

That wasn’t the end of it. On the return shuttle at night, with me, my husband, and our closest family on board, the driver blew through a stop sign and sped through a yellow light, nearly causing two serious accidents. Multiple guests expressed concern to us afterward.

This company had one job: to provide reliable, safe transportation. They failed spectacularly, and it directly and irreparably impacted our one and only wedding day.

No apology. No accountability. No proactive refund. Just stress, danger, and thousands of dollars in damage.

We reached out to try and find a solution together, and they gas lit us (though we have documentation of everything, plus 100+ witnesses) and refused to help.

I would strongly urge anyone considering this company to look elsewhere, avoid this company & Chuck, Rini, and Spencer who will lie and steal your money without even providing services, nor safe services when they do show up. If timing, professionalism, or safety matters to you... don't book with them.

Worst service

Our bus was 2 hours late picking us up, the check engine light was on the whole ride and the bus broke down 3x before we made it half way to our destination. I was hung up on repeatedly while trying to get information with no return call. We were left on a bridge on the side of a highway for over 2 hours. When a second bus, not from the same company, came to pick us up there was no contact from the company to ensure our contract for our trip would be honored. Then the owner had the audacity to berate me over the phone for returning home over an hour after we got the second bus. Terrible service, would not recommend.

I’m sadden to have to leave a review…

I’m sadden to have to leave a review like this but we had a very important business event set up and rented a bus from them and they didn’t show up. Didn’t call. I had to call the driver and to find out she was hours away at OUR scheduled time. It was very very inconvenient and unprofessional.

Great service nice trip

Booked with these guys for a week long charter traveling to 3 cities. Everything went smooth. The bus was everything we hoped it would be and our driver Mike made the trip enjoyable. We do these trips once a year and will definitely be back in 2024 for our next trip.

Great Service

Terrific service, on time, clean bus, friendly driver. We had never rented a bus before and these guys made the process pretty easy. So much easier than renting a bunch of vans and having to worry about driving ourselves.
