Ordered on Nov 2021, delivered product in one piece on Aug 2022 which is almost 10 months. Packaging is worst which causes damage to the product.
Very unresponsive customer service. I have to file consumer case to get my product. They never agree for refund, so be cautious.

Got a dressing table delivered at home from urbnfurnish. The product looks good & the delivery was done on time within 3 days of placing the order.
Overall the experience has been nice.

The service, the product, everything is top-notch. So glad to have been using this app.

To begin with, the wait has been painful! Delay beyond the promised time. It could be the lockdown and workforce issues but being transparent about it goes a long way with the customer. I was promised 20-30 days but this went on close to 45 days to have the product delivered. It involved multiple reminders and message exchanges starting with sharing of invoice to getting the tracking ID. They were apologetic and responsive, which is fine.

On the other hand, the quality of the product (dining table set) is top notch. Solid wood, as promised. Would I shop with them in the future? Maybe, if the timelines are respected. Because the competition is intense and there are other companies that manage end-to-end processes faster (I can say it with confidence because I got a solid wood bed from Woodenstreet in a quicker timeframe; even that originating in Rajasthan.)

Whole experience with this company has been a nightmare. It started with multiple reminders to them on what I need, a 30days deadline was never met. They came back only after multiple follow ups stating they need more time. Still they did not have the design as per my request. Delivery was so poorly handled that a sofa come bed delivery team was of 1 person who could not carry it and told us that he is equipped only to deliver to the ground floor. Urban company had no idea how to handle this and asked us to arrange people if we want the delivery. After all this, the sofa come bed structure is so poor that we cannot open the sofa completely because it gets stuck, is weak as well and we have no idea how to fix it. To top it all grease leaks from the structure if you try to open it. Even though the price is on the higher side, their service is extremely poor. Starting from the day we placed the order, it's been a huge headache. You rather just place it through amazon.. Atleast you don't have to carry the sofa on your own!!!

Its always good to buy thing here. Some times it get a little delay but never compromised with quality. I have bookmark it for all my furniture needs
