Inedible food, cold and tasteless. No service Qr code order that didn’t work so ordered at bar with sulky staff. Tables dirty and when I cleaned my table got frowned at. Hunted for salt and pepper appear to be one for entire restaurant! It’s a shame used to be so lovely only thing going for it now is the view!

Come for the view, not for the food and definitely not for the service. Cooked breakfast completely spoiled by the kitchen. All over cooked. Hard poached eggs, freezing cold butter. Floppy toast. Completely disinterested server, no check back to see if all ok with food. Very flow to bring food out. Nice view though.

Served for breakfast by Daisy on Easter Monday both of which were excellent. Location right by the beach and able to visit with a well behaved spaniel was a bonus on a weekend break. Loved it and will be back again this summer.

Food was very good. Service was utterly shocking. A 12.5% service charge which was included in our bill. No one in charge. Staff that didn’t talk to you. Plenty of staff wandering around aimlessly laying tables whilst queues built outside and tables inside were empty. After being seated and given menus, 30 mins passed and I had to go and ask who would be looking after us and if we could order drinks. Could go on for ages but the service charge automatically included was an insult. Such a shame, the location is great and I had high hopes for our visit following many happy times at urban beach. The staff just don’t care, letting the whole thing down.

Great value Mothers Day menu - booked in advance and we're not rushed. Courses were perfectly tine to give us space to enjoy conversation with family over food. Service was professional and polite. View was of course amazing. Will recommend booking to get the best tables upstairs. Lovely Mothers day with plenty of good quality food - thank you.

This place used to be good, but it's gone downhill in recent years. Such a pity, really.

Poor service, poor food, expensive . THIS PLACE USED TO BE AMAZING. Very sad

Waited ages for a table. Then no service. After 15 minutes we walked out.
Staff no idea about customer service.

Waitress was great, friendly, helpful and joyful. Pizza was undercooked so overall experience a bit average.

Service is ridiculously slow but they have many staff. Ordered the surfs up, the only items that were hot were the sausages and hash browns. Management or owners need to sort this out with training and get the basics right for goodness sake with such a prime position!

First the Q code system didn't work so we ordered via a waiter. Then we waited over half an hour before I complained. There was no apology just excuses about being busy. Then the food came and it was cold. When we complained at the end just more excuses. Won't be going back. EVER!

If this place wasnt on the beach it would be bankrupt. Ive been many times and its in a lovely location. Thats it. The service is average if youre lucky. If a beer goes the staff just say "sorry its gone" proper bar staff go and change the barrel which is as easy as changing a light bulb and takes 3 minutes. Expensive for food and drinks but this is down to the location. The worst thing about this place is the toilets. They are disgusting. Customers on a nearby table told us to use the public toilets a few feet away as theyre cleaner. Dryers dont work, no hot water but pee all over the floor and cr@p on the toilet seat is unacceptable. They should be inspected hourly considering their prices.

Stopped by mid morning perfect time for coffee and toast. Toast came quickly but was stone cold. We had to be somewhere so didn’t complain but actually the coffee and hot toast should come together. Anyway, the toast was eaten and 10 mins later we still had no coffees and others coming in after us were seated and served theirs. The toast was obviously sat there as a cancellation or whatever so all in all I had to then go to the till and demand to pay for just the toast as I wanted to leave. “Oh didn’t you get your coffees?” No! I’ll not return there even if invited with others such as before this visit.
