I’m always always ordering from UrbanOG.com. It’s become a weekly obsession because of the great deals and nice shoes. Last week I ordered a pair of neon yellow pointy toe open toe heels. I received them this past Monday 7/8/19 and I immediately fell in love with them after trying them on. I posted a video of them via Snapchat and I got so much feedback about how pretty they were. Forever customer here!!! My most recent order number was 2386090.

Order #)2386254 . Looking at all the reviews here has made me realized that i have been scammed as well. Of course urban og is goin to blame a company that has PRIME!!!!! AMAZON NEVER MISS WITH THEIR PACKAGE. IM GOIN ON. VACAYand it looks like i will not get my shoes..pple want a good shopping experience...and you lie about it...i will report to BBB. IM SURPRISED that you are still up and running....no excuses i better get my shoes.no number to speak to a representative. its a

Ordered two pairs of shoes, but never received a confirmation email.. I checked my junk mail, etc. I just want to make sure everything is all good & be able to track my order.

I am very dissatisfied with the whole customer service an company in general I ordered shoes on 6-14-19 I have yet to receive my shoes call customer service number several times never got an answer also emailed for them to write me back about confirming my address still have not talked to person yet or have not received a refund or gift card nothing do not order from them seems like a SCAM SCAM They will never get my service a again an I going to report them VERY VERY VERY DISHONEST COMPANY DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO GIVE A WAY THEY R THIEVES

seems like a scam. I’ve been trying to get in contact with and I’m not getting anything in response it’s very frustrating because I really wanna theses shoes and I’m got be extremely disappointed if I don’t get them.

(Order 2384522) I bought two pairs of shoes for a wedding coming two weeks later on 6/14/19. Five days went by and no shipment. I emailed them asking what the hold up was as I wasn’t sent any email or notice regarding my order other than the fact that it was placed and obviously they took my money already. I was told it’d ship by end of day. Then about two hours later I’m sent an email stating that my items were “defective” and couldn’t be shipped and that I could either arrange replacements equal to the original amount or if more, I’d have to pay the difference, or get refund. Me being foolish to think I was dealing with a legitimate company, continued with getting replacements (which was no easy task). They had one the same exact pairs I bought but over twice the price. And then I browsed and saw the other same pair,same price color, and size right on the site up for purchase. They lied. I emailed them only to get a bunch of lame excuses that made no sense. Since I was desperate for the wedding was now a week away with no other options, I ended up choosing one original pair and a new pair slightly more in price and paid a difference via PayPal. It was successfully confirmed and my order was updated along with tracking. That was two weeks ago....it’s been almost three weeks since I even placed the order to begin with and still no package. I emailed them asking for a refund twice since the order is obviously never going to come, and was completely ignored. No response whatsoever,and their phone number is fake.....this company isn’t legitimate do not buy from them they’ll take your money and you’ll get nothing in return.

I had an amazing experience with urbanog there prices were affordable and I paid for 2-3 day shipping, I received my order in 2days my sandals were true to size. I love everything about the experience and I will definitely be ordering again in the future!

This site is awesome! I was referred to it by a co-worker of mine and I LOVE the shoes they sell! I have ordered 10 pairs of shoes from them and they all have shipped fast and have come as they were described on the website.

In regard to those calling their company a “scam,” it’s not. I’m sorry that you had a bad experience but that bad experience doesn’t mean that someone is scamming you. Their customer service is superb and they do reply on time. Get some emotional intelligence instead of writing whack reviews because your feelings got hurt.

Im a first time shopper at UrbanOG and was skeptical but I went ahead purchased 3 pairs of sandals. I must say it was worth the wait ! The quality was decent for the price and they fit well. I will definitely purchase again !

I have shopped urbanOg for yrs all of a sudden the site is different when you click on apparel there isn't any but still says they sell clothes something is fishy with urbanOG now bad reviews with no responses and the only responses you see is to the fake people who say they love it! I have spent hundreds of dollars with them and will never again..BE WARE! TRY GOJANE THEY HAVE SAME SHOES URBANOG HAS BEEN TAKEN OVER BY CROOKS!! IM SURE THIS REVIEW WONT BE POSTED!!! HAHAHAHAHA!!!!

Urbanog online is ridiculous. The quality of the shoes are cheap but you get what you pay for. I sent shoes back to the company they acknowledged that they received it but they never returned my money. When I kept asking for a refund they stopped responding to me.

I ordered five pair of shoes from this site. I was mostly satisfied with my order except I decided to return one pair of shoes. This was on March 11. It is now April 16, and I’m still waiting on my refund. For over a month, the site says my refund is still pending. I submitted a ticket multiple times and E-mauled the company, but I still haven’t heard anything back.

Continuously satisfied returning customer! Shoes looked as they did in the pictures on the website. Fast shipping!

This is the only place I buy shoes since I heard about it in college (it's been years), and I still tell everyone about it. I have bought boots at $17 that lasted entire WINTERS in Chicago. High quality, unique, yet super cheap shoes and clothing. I'm not even a person who likes to shop.

I am not joking when I say this is the only place I've bought shoes for years. You will not find such cool, unique shoes/clothing anywhere else for the price. The site always has some insane 50% sale or promo code. My orders always come on time and sometimes will come with a free sample of makeup or an accessory. Great company.

Shoes were Beautiful, I bought the holographic platform heels and they are true to size and comes perfect as a heel/shoe lover UrbanOG is the place to get your shoes. Great deals also. The box came a bit beat but the items was perfect. Shipping was awesome.

First time ordering from here was a little skeptical but glad I took the chance I got 2 pairs of shoes the while holographic platform heels and the pink ones and they are just gorgeous shipping was faster than I expected box came a little beat up but I didn’t mind it shoes were in excellent condition and fit true to size

I got the red pointed flats size 7.0 for Valentines Day as a gift. I love these they are true to size, vegan leather. I have been shopping with URBANOG for years and never had a problem with any purchase. ( even when I have had to cancel ). They have a great selection for every season and great prices. I will continue to shop. :-)

I've shopped with them for over 2 years. Did a big cyber monday buy, and was going to return half the order that didn't work out. Lo and behold, there was no choice for their $7 return label that has ALWAYS been part of the return service for as long as I can remember using this site. I emailed and asked if this was a glitch, but was told that it was a "promotion" that had ended.

Called several times in the hopes of actually talking to someone. Forever on hold, never got a call back.

This was never presented as a promotion for the entirety I have bought from them. And this order was hefty, 7 pairs total. So now I'll have to pay over four times the original return shipping amount to get the shoes that didn't work out back. Can't say I'll be ordering again due to this shadiness, which is a shame since I have been for so long.

Disappointed.
