I love love love this site. I am a huge heels fanatic so i am so happy that I stumbled across this page. Not only do both my shoes fit perfectly but the prices on these shoes and the shipping are reasonable. It took my shoes a week to ship to my house which was pretty fair. I will definitely order from here again. This is my new bff.lol

Love the bamboo shoes I bought at a most reasonable price. But I was wondering why there are two prices listed for the shoes. One price is crossed out and a lower price listed. I wanted to buy another pair of shoes but I was charged the higher crossed out price instead of the lower one in red. Why is this? Kathy

Update: 7/26 I received an email yesterday apologizing for my experience . I was told I would receive a refund and gift certificate code and I did today. Even though it took awhile they rectified the situation .
I received the wrong item. Told to return wrong item to receive right item. When I asked for them to send right item they said it wasn't available. I returned wrong item for refund then was told the right item was available .
I returned wrong item to get right item (finally) I did and did not use their shipping label because that was not explained to me properly during emails.I asked for my shipping costs to be refunded and I was told no. They do not do discounts or refunds of any kind for my situation. Customer should always be satisfied and I wasn't . Now I am out $8 and still waiting for the original item I ordered to show up . They have the same inventory as GSLOVE and Debshops. You can shop there for better service .

I love this website! It has such cute shoes and clothes! I would definitely recommend this website to anyone who is a fashion fanatic. I love how they have promotional​ codes everyday as well as new items added!

I don't know why people are giving them bad reviews. first of all, it's not their fault someone used your card when making a purchase especially since you don't truly know it was from buying from them since people can access your account thru your wifi. I love their shop I've never had a problem I just wish they had better looking stuff for their plus size. I usually get my stuff within a week and customer service always emails me back the same day. returns are also easy you just pay the $7 shipping fee. Their stuff is good quality and reasonable prices. I've purchased plenty of items since last year and not once did i encounter a problem.

The price for the shoes I bought were very good. The shipping was also good, it came in a timely manner. I ordered on Sunday and got it on Friday and I live in Connecticut. The shoes seem like good quality and the shoes don't have a bad smell they just smell new like you bought them from a shoe store. My shoes also came with a free gift! I love this company/website and just might order from them again.

Great price and quality. I ordered a pair of heels and a pair of boots on sale, they are both amazing & true to size. Shipping was fast too, I ordered on 9th, and received it today. I had some doubts when ordering from new sites that I don't know, but still gave it a try, I would definitely come back again, thank you Urbanog!

The shipping was decent for the free shipping method, i wasn't in any rush to receive my package and it showed up in a timely matter. Very impressed with the prices, quality, and overall everything about this site. Would recommend to anyone 10/10! I will definitely be shopping on here again very soon!

Not really sure how there are negative reviews for this website. I've bought shoes from here twice and each time I've had a great experience. And each time I ordered it was for multiple shoes.. (4 each time)

If you're looking for a website that had great shoes and a coupon code that can be applied to sale/clearance items (time to time they do) Then this is a perfect site for you!

This is honestly the worst place to shop on! Beware of their cheap crap they buy in Los Angeles then overprice! They never really have sales bc when they do they bring up the actual cost of the item! When you call them and confront them about it they have a rude so called 'supervisor' that knows nothing about the company! I call for a refund for a return and they do not have an accounting or returns department. This company is phony and would never even waste 1 penny at this place! There's no wonder the company is going down!

I ordered despite some bad reviews but they stole my credit card or gave it to people and now there are charges being made from other countries etc I have 3 charges from Netflix and Walmart and some were not sent because they were deemed fraudulent. Save yourself the trouble

After reading the reviews I was a little weary about ordering from them. But the items I wanted ran for almost $60 on other sites and they were only $30 at Urban OG so I went ahead and gave them a try. I placed my order Mar 1 and it was processed by Mar 3. I received my item Mar 7, a day before it was suppose to be delivered. This was with standard shipping. Although the items have sort of a chemical smell to them, I'm sure that letting them sit out will get rid of the smell. That's the only reason I'm giving them 4 starts, but overall I had a great shopping experience with them. I will be looking forward to ordering more from them.

ive never had a problem with this company EVER been ordering for years now even emailing coustomer service and getting a reply was FAST and out of all my orders ive only returned 1 because it was MY FAULT for odering them to small not knowing they ran little so i dont understand the bad reviews' only thing is i wish they would restock items all in onfe and not every other day seems like im spending more money :( but other then that i love ❤️ urbanog. : ))

I ordered from this company even after I read the negative reviews. The clothing came quickly, and was of decent quality. The company customer derive was even very helpful. But after I ordered, my credit card number was stolen and $2300 was spent. Even though I enjoy the website's products, I'll never buy from here again.

I have been shopping with this company for close to 5 years now. I have NEVER returned an item. I always receive FREE shipping, because my orders are always over $50. Most times, if I order on a Friday, I receive my items by the next Friday. I used to do a lot of "boutique" shopping, this company has allowed me to cut out the middle man and order directly from the source. I appreciate that.
