I need to get a new remote control for my Urban Drift scooter and I am being told that they no longer make the remotes so I am out of luck and this renders my scooter useless!! I think this is unacceptable. They should at least be able to point me in the right direction so I x an purchase a new remote elsewhere??
The scooter has barely been used due to so many flat tires. But now I can't even get it to turn on. It's super frustrating and unacceptable
I was only able to ride my scooter twice. The stem came very loose, and was never repairable. It felt unsafe to ride. The back shocks had no buoyancy, even the tire rubbed. Finally, after waiting for repairs, my battery died, and I was unable to recharge it back. The battery is completely dead. The worst experience ever! over priced and was not great quality!
Tires keep going flat. The scooter arrived with broken reflector lights. Reflector stickers came off.
The machine failed and was no reliable after 3 months of use I try to contact costumer service but they never answer I feel very disappointed so I keep the messed up scooter for about a years now is on the trash
