I had a great experience with Alessandra during my flat viewing. She was punctual, professional, and worked very efficiently throughout. She was also incredibly helpful, guiding me patiently and making the whole process smooth and stress-free.
This was actually the quickest we’ve ever secured a property and paid the holding deposit. We had a few questions and some issues uploading documents, but she handled everything with patience and clarity, helping us complete the process without any hassle. Thanks to Alessandra & urbanbubble team.

I have to say this is the fastest we have ever made the holding deposit to rent a property. Both me and my partner asked a lot of questions and had some trouble uploading the documents but Alessandra guided us by patiently answering all of our questions and finding out about the documents that we could upload to finish the process. Really thankful for the service and a really professional and kind staff.

Alessandra, was really helpful from the start of the process. I initially enquired about a property which was unfortunately off the market however she quickly offered to show me another property which I ended up accepting. All throughout the process she was available for questions and made it really easy for me, having never rented before. I’d like to thank Alessandra for her brilliant customer service and friendliness.

Avoid at all costs. They tell you they are getting quotes on jobs that need doing but they never get done, yet they still charge us for something. A couple of apartments have damp and they aren’t doing nothing about it even though it states it causing health problems. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

I appreciated the consistent communication. Hannah has been incredible at making things happen & pushing things through for me. She was extremely helpful in meeting me at my apartment to give me my keys, as I flew in & had a chaotic travel. I would vouch for her again.
I do think the Urbanbubble’s is not up to date with current building items such as trash room change. I feel the set up for utilities & more could have been more smoother. The hot water was not explained & gave me any issues at the beginning. I would suggest for next time a better walk through
