Excellent Service and Top Quality Products

I have purchased a range of goods from this retailer and they have consistently delivered an excellent service. I bought a back carrier for my children and received great advice on what to buy according to my height, weight, level of fitness and what I wanted to do with it. I have always found that they provide good advice if required, on what is age approriate or on sizing. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service

We have used uptofive to buy a mountain buggy, buggy snuggle and various water bottles and waterproofs. The service has been excellent and prompt, and just as cheap as elsewhere.

We re-used them due to the excellent customer service. I cannot understand the 3 'individuals' below (are you all the same person?? you certainly read like you are, and strange that you don't review anything else) and their experiences, as this was not my experience at all.

I will continue to purchase from this website, as I am a happy satisfied customer.

Goods did not arrive

Again my story is the same as the previous 2 - I placed an order on 22nd May 2009 and 3 weeks later have not received it. The owner has advised me on the many occasions that I have phoned her that it was posted a week ago, however it has never been received. I have tried calling again, but the phone is not being answered. My advice is avoid this web site (and the other one she runs from the same address!) like the plague. I ddon't even think that it is much cheaper than some of the more reputable ones!

Still waiting for bought items-totally unacceptable behaviour

my experience is exactly the same as the previous reviewer infact Im still having trouble with the company 'uptofive' and be aware they also have another site 'kidsbits' both share the same email and contact number. I am still expecting a delivery of my goods which were ordered over a month ago without any explanation or even a sorry. no response to emails sent or numerous phone calls which i have made in order to chase up the whereabouts of my already paid for items.After finally tracking down the person in question she was extremely unhelpful and not bothered at all about her customer. I am persuing this and will be seking legal advice. My advice to you is to steer clear of them- yes attractive prices but definately something fishy going on!

No show goods & noo customer service

I ordered goods on 19th January, which were meant to be delivered within a week. I was initially concerned as there was no parcel tracking service.
After 2 weeks I sent numerous emails which remain unanswered, phonecalls were not returned.

By the 23rd February I eventually spoke with the owner who continued to blame the postal system, said she'd check things out and again didn't get back to me.
I rang again on the 27th February and she claimed that the goods were returned to her (just that day!) as they had not been collected, but I had used my work address where parcels are always delivered to our clerical support staff - there would never be any need for a delivery slip to be left. (I double checked) I genuinely believe she never sent them - I have used my work address for the last 12 years and have never had any problems.

The owner then claimed she would refund the payment that day. When I rang again today she claimed that a refund had been made on the 27th but I had already checked with paypal and it hadn't been refunded. The money was refunded this evening after todays phonecall.

The owner contradicted herself at various times saying at one time she hadn't received any of my emails and another time that she had replied to my emails but I must not have got them.

Overall, I found this website to be a total nightmare. They had my money for 7 weeks and I got nothing in return but inconvenience, annoyance and a high phone bill! The prices may seem attractive but do not be fooled.
