I just want to say a huge thank you to my Program Coordinator Zaiba, for all the support and positive feedback throughout my Certificate III in Business (Administration).

The 1:1 mentoring sessions made such a difference to my learning and she was always supportive, encouraging, and made a safe space to ask questions or talk through anything I was unsure about. I really appreciated the help with assessments and the constant motivation to keep going, which helped build my confidence.

There was also a strong focus on wellbeing, safety, and self-care, which made the whole experience feel very supportive and manageable. Because of this ongoing guidance and encouragement, I’ve been able to complete the course much earlier than expected (7 months).

I’d definitely recommend Upskilled to anyone considering this qualification and wanting a positive and supportive learning experience.

I’m currently completing the BSB30120 Certificate III in Business (Administration) with Upskilled, and I’ve had the pleasure of working with Zaiba Khan as my Program Coordinator and mentor. I can honestly say she has made this entire learning journey so much easier, more enjoyable, and far less intimidating than I expected.

From day one, Zaiba created a supportive and psychologically safe environment where I felt completely comfortable asking questions — even the ones I thought might sound silly. She is friendly, down‑to‑earth, and incredibly approachable. Our 1:1 mentoring sessions were always relaxed and helpful, and we often chatted about things outside the course as well, which made her feel even more genuine and easy to talk to. That personal connection made a huge difference in keeping me motivated and confident.

I was especially nervous about the number of role plays required across the modules. I’m not an outgoing person, so I was stressing about them before I even started. But honestly, they were nothing to worry about — they’re much easier than you think. If you don’t have someone available to help you complete them, Zaiba is more than happy to step in and do them with you. She makes the whole process simple, comfortable, and completely stress‑free, and it actually helped me understand the practical side of the course.

Throughout my studies, Zaiba has consistently encouraged me, supported my progress, and helped me break down assessments so they felt manageable. She always explained things clearly and checked in on how I was coping, not just academically but personally as well. Her reminders about self‑care and pacing myself were genuinely appreciated.

The course is set over 18 months, but with regular study time you can definitely progress faster. I started in July 2025 and I’m now close to finishing — just one module left to complete.

The resources provided are high quality and there is always available support. I am particular grateful for my assigned Trainer - Joshua Hubbard. He has been extremely supportive and always available. Stepping back into studying after many years of corporate work was rather challenging but Joshua just made the whole process easier. His expertise is phenomenal along with the rest of the Upskilled team.

I just wrapped up my Certificate IV in Information Technology with Upskilled, and I have to say, it was truly one of the best learning experiences I've ever had.

Engaging course: The program was really well organized, and I genuinely enjoyed working through the activities. They weren’t just packed with theorythey kept me engaged and motivated throughout.

Responsive teachers: The standout feature for me was how quickly my trainers got back to me whenever I needed assistance. Whether I was grappling with a challenging unit or had questions about assessments, I always got the support I needed right away.

Great online experience with Zaiba.

The online study was really a great experience on my learning and guidance of my Program Coordinator Zaiba Khan. It supports me in every step of the way on the course for being there by weekly one on one mentoring session as always ready for a role play, help me to accomplish the units with encouraging, motivation and assurance. Zaiba Khan has been great to her passion helping every student. She is easy to approach and contacted when needed in a difficulty of your study. Highly recommended when it comes to online study journey.

I recently completed the Cybersecurity Boot Camp course and found it to be highly beneficial as an entry-level in introduction to the industry. The course structure effectively supports a balanced lifestyle for both full-time and part-time student The modules are well paced and the learning process is straightforward to comprehend and follow. The labs provide an excellent opportunity to practice real life scenarios. While initially appearing challenging they become manageable once familiar with different section of each lab.

I'm currently doing a Cert 3 in individual support (ageing & disability), and I'm thoroughly enjoying every aspect of the online learning process, and the support I'm receiving via the video calls is incredible. The Zoom sessions with Rosan are supportive, educational and engaging, and I really value his guidance. I would highly recommended Upskilled to anyone who may be considering furthering their education.

Liz my trainer was amazing!!! She gave me her time anytime I needed clarification. She was amazing & always offered to zoom to give me more information on the course. I’d recommend upskilled to everyone! I completed my course in 8 months instead of the 18 months that was given.

I am almost finished my Cert 4 in Marketing and Communications. I have learnt extremely beneficial skills from the well structured lessons and assessments that are very clear and effective.

Dr Sadat Ahmed has always been readily available, especially after hours to assist me with my roleplay assessments. The after hours sessions are extremely helpful seeing as I work full time. He goes above and beyond to ensure I understand my assessments clearly and have the ability and knowledge to complete them successfully.
