If you operate a company in Sweden or have your main business activities in Sweden, Upsales can work.

They have a good integration with Fortnox and a Swedish company database. For outbound sales via phone, they offer a smart structure for making high-volume calls.

The platform is user-unfriendly because it is overloaded with information and has weak UI/UX.

There is a light integration with G Suite / Office 365, which means email and calendar should be handled outside of Upsales.

Upsales has chosen to limit platform customization and data import. Other competitors provide greater flexibility for users and have significantly better chatbot functionality for support.

Really bad contract for a mediocre CRM - you get trapped

We signed up for Upsales for a couple of years, but as we needed to modify our setup and found Upsales not suited to how we would like it, we cancelled the contract. We thought we were well within the deadline, but no, we would have to cancel three months before contract expiration. We haven't used it at all, but we have been forced to pay for an entire year—no mercy from the company. We have been in contact with them about this. We switched to Pipedrive, a much better and cheaper system. We could quickly configure it how we wanted and have found it to be a big time saver compared with Upsales.
