My wife and I are both in our 60's
My wife and I are both in our 60's. She ordered a queen size mattress by mistake (she needed a full size). We loaded it into the car, took it to UPS to return, unloaded it and took it inside only to find out their computers were down. We took it back out and loaded it back into the car. Two days later we returned to give it another chance. We made sure the computers were running this time. We unloaded the mattress into a nearby shoppiing cart and took it in. They charged us for the return and then insisted I had to take it out of the shopping cart myself and put it on the floor for them. The box was clearly marked as being heavy, requiring two people to move it. There were two young people working there. My wife has tumors in her leg and was unable to assist me, so at 68 years old I had to lift the mattress out of the cart for them.

I have been on the phone for the 2 hours a day for the last 3 days trying to get someone to help me. Each representative has transfered me to a differnet rep, in which they transfer me and then the line goes dead. for this company to be as big as they are and can't have 1 customer service rep who knows how to handle problems, I plan on writing a review once a day as I am being led on, and my company who ships 10 to 20 big boxes a day.
Tracking says on the way
Tracking says on the way! Fed ex is much better and even pinpoints their driver location in the app so that you can see how close they are to delivery. Why even have tracking if all it says is on the way and doesn’t even show where your $500 package is at the time? It left the opposite side of the country last week and still reads on the way.
Pacakge still not found
Pacakge still not found, no replies, no action. insisted that i check with the sender. Almost vomitted blood when providing my tracking, Z for Zurich, J for Japan had to repeat this at least 5x, and customer service kept repeating Z for ziraffe? J for jiraffe??? OH MY LORD
UPS is the worst they always make…
UPS is the worst they always make excuses for not deliveringyour packages whether emergency or some crap like that so if you pay for two day shipping on Tuesday, supposed to get it on Friday and then they say we can’t make it so you gotta wait till Monday. You just paid lots of money on shipping that you’re not gonna get back always playing games these guys no accountability. Just keep doing it over and over and over. I sure wish I go out of business.
I paid 70 dollars for next day air…
I paid 70 dollars for next day air delivery due to urgency and I am still waiting for the delivery and 2 days are already passed and I am still waiting for the delivery to arrive. These companies must be held accountable if they can't deliver the products as promised.
Do not trust them with your postal…
Do not trust them with your postal services, they do not care to deliver, they do only care about business - meaning, they do not take the time so show that they are a delivery service, they do not care about you. Only the sender that pays for the service. This means - you are in trouble and you will never get your delivery
Bought a box from ups
Bought a box from ups, entered the dimensions printed on the box when shipping. Miraculous the box grew and I was billed another $23. Last time I’ll use UPS.
Crushed Boxes, Bad customer service.
My three boxes sent from Palm Desert Ca to Victoria Canada in March were unbelievably badly handled. As a matter of fact they looked like they had been mauled by a bear. Almost everything breakable ,although very well wrapped in bubble wrap multiple times was smashed.
When I tried to make a claim, they told me my password or user name was wrong and that a link would be sent to my email to change it but the email never arrived!!!
Where did UPS deliver to this time?
Constant delivery’s that must be At another address because I didn’t get it. And no mandatory picture of the delivery now, why it that? Overpaid dyslexic employees in our area.
Have had great service from UPS in other areas and states, but not here.

I'm here to add to the one star reviews. The phrase; "Hasn’t replied to negative reviews" tells you about the companies indifference.

I paid for the Premium Membership so I could reschedule my delivery for Saturday, since I work Monday through Friday during delivery times. It was confirmed in an email that it would be delivered on Saturday between 1 and 3 PM. Saturday morning, I checked the tracking and it had my delivery set for Monday. I called, explained why I rescheduled the delivery, and was informed that they don't deliver on Saturday, despite never informing me ahead of time. They said my only option was to pre-sign for the $3800 guitar and let it set all day on my porch, where any thief could steal it. I'll never use UPS again, they're con artists. They got me to pay for premium membership, without providing the services they offered on their own list of possible reschedule dates.

Absolutely unacceptable service from UPS.
My package has been sitting at the UPS facility for days, and I was told it is not being delivered because it is "too heavy." How does a shipping company accept a package for delivery and then refuse to deliver it because of its weight?
I paid for delivery to my address, not for my package to sit indefinitely at a UPS facility. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If UPS is unable to handle and deliver a package, they should never accept it in the first place.
I expect my package to be delivered to my address immediately. Customers should not have to chase UPS or solve internal operational problems that are entirely UPS's responsibility.
Extremely disappointing experience.

I would give them no stars if I could worst experience of my life if your expecting a package from them you better sit outside all day until it arrives or you won’t get it…It should be illegal for them to charge anything for there services
Please consider customer experience independent of shareholder profits
Hi, UPS; hope you find this here, because I'm having trouble finding other ways to send feedback without signing in to a third-party platform.
I live in a building in the core of a city, with locked doors and a call box downstairs, but the call box requires an active landline to work. Despite repeated attempts, I cannot find a way to get drivers to dial my cell from downstairs, or for your apps to warn me when the driver is almost here; the best I get is a 4-hour window, and a little map that shows the truck taking an apparently chaotic trip back and forth across my neighborhood.
Since it would take a fair amount of luck for me to notice the app showing the driver pulling up to the building in time to go down and open the door, the result is often that they make two or three tries, followed by me having to go down to one of your stores to bring the package home myself. Alternately, things will end up sitting in our mail room until I look at the delivery notification, or today I got a knock on the door here when the app still showed the truck sitting about five blocks away.
Regular mail is predictable, reliable, and can get themselves into the building reliably. I actually end up a little bit resentful when a seller doesn't offer that as an option. What would be really great to see on your end is an option to pay a little extra to have the driver actually use a regular phone and be willing to wait around 90 seconds for me to get the elevator downstairs. I rarely need something delivered quickly, so I'm not going to pay for your premium service the whole way; seems like it would be in everyone's interest to try and provide a better answer for that last step, though.
Is your primary focus on delivering value to your customers, or to your shareholders? I know what it feels like from my end.
Oh the good old days
I buy a lot of things from Amazon. Occasionally sellers ship via UPS. I shudder every time I realize the seller is using UPS. With Amazon they ship true to ETA 99 times out of 100. With UPS the first ETA seems to be always changed. Delayed is another UPS overused term. I had a shipment about two weeks ago that originated 30 miles from my house. First stop was 530 miles from my home. Next stop was 600 miles from my home. Then it finally got turned around and was delivered three days later. It was not this way about 5 years ago. Back then I trusted UPS to give an initial delivery date and deliver on time. After UPS issued this statement everything went sour. From UPS “ At UPS, diversity, equity and inclusion are part
of our fabric and the legacy of our founders. Our rallying cry, You Belong at UPS, guides us in creating a culture of belonging where every UPSer experiences a safe, welcoming workplace where they can be their truest
selves.”. I don’t think they will ever recover from that mind set.

I am deeply disappointed by the handling of my sensitive government documents. Despite a "Signature Required" instruction, the driver never contacted me, instead abandoning my family’s passports on the floor outside the wrong apartment. The tracking system provided false information, and the final proof-of-delivery photo clearly showed my documents discarded in a public hallway. This is a massive security breach and inexcusable negligence. Do not trust this service with anything important.
Awful—far below acceptable.
Awful—far below acceptable.
UPS repeatedly states that a package will be delivered, then it isn’t. The next day, UPS sends an update saying it will arrive “today,” and it still doesn’t arrive.
Attempts to contact support are unhelpful, as they appear to have no information. I don’t understand why any company uses UPS given the ongoing delivery issues.
So very sad
If I could leave no star I would
If I could leave no star I would. I received a shipment yesterday of bank checks. It was shipped via UPS and said it was delivered. I could not find my package at first. I checked all of the obvious spots. I had to go to my video feed to find out it was not delivered by a UPS standard truck, but a sedan. So UPS must be contracting out deliveries. I eventually found my package but it was placed in the most random place tucked between plants in between 2 porches. In my opinion pure laziness by the shipper. Luckily it was in a plastic wrap because it got wet from the obvious storms in the area. Do better UPS!!
I hate making negative reviews
I hate making negative reviews, but where to start? The positives: if you can reach a human agent, they are polite and responsive, and I cannot blame them for their efforts. UPS' A.I is horrible and an absolute waste of time. I have had my package bouncing around now for seven days, and three painful phone calls. I still don't have my package.
