Not the greatest landlord but also not the worst. I actually rent through rikshem now and they are even worse. I think this is just the way it is in Sweden. Just don't move to Sweden unless you are born into money and can afford to buy property. Sweden's rental sector is no different than anywhere else. Landlords exploit tenants in Sweden just as much as anywhere else. Not sure why Sweden is put on a pedal-stool. Life here is really no better than any other country. The police and social services are also just as terrible as anywhere else

Uppsalahem is one of the worst landlords that customers can rent from because they do not do the right thing with renovation and care when the children report errors, they are very bad at it!
But what if they can pay back everything that customers have paid wrong but they do not do it very badly

The worst .. waiting for more than 3 weeks for reparation 👎 and still waiting 👎👎👎
