AWFUL

I'm sorry to tell you that after a long wait, finally my canvas arrived.
I was very excited... that didn't last long.
Most of the canvas have a black line on the border, because whoever did the job, did not have the will to do it right. The name of the company shows in the front, again in most of the canvas. Do they really think that me or anyone will hang in their walls a canvas with the name of their company (or any company) on it? Last, but not least, the quality of the print is not really what they offered...
Do they know which is the best way to promote a business? Taking good care of the customers and having a high quality product! not stamping the company name in that way... mouth to mouth referrals are a great business promotion... in their case...that is not going to happen...but at the end of the day, it is my fault... you get what you pay for... I threw out the window my money along with the canvas that I got from this company...

Cheap Solution for Personalized Wall Art

7 working days to receive order of 6 canvas prints - excellent.

Cheap - excellent

Prints 'ok' quality; don't expect to much for the price.

Easy to assemble canvas; don't fret over the small stuff. Stretch, staple and repeat. Get it up on the wall and smile.

Cheap - excellent; good alternative to buying a photo print and frame.

No nonsense and to the point outfit; no issues or complaints.

Thought I would give updone a shout out for the great work; am a happy customer and will return for more prints.

Very disappointed

upDone prices are slightly lower than other sites - but you pay for that later! I waited over 30 days to receive my canvas, which is ridiculous. I contacted them many times to ask what was going on and their replies were that they ran out of canvas, then that my order was mixed up, then finally no response until the canvas finally arrived 1 month later...very disappointed. Avoid if you can.

AWFUL experience, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I placed an order for Christmas gifts, which arrived in mid-January. All six canvases were severely defective. I asked for a refund on February 22/ 09. It's now March 27/09 and I have no refund. I emailed four times and received no response. I called and was told a manager would get back to me. No luck. Tried live chat and no response. They have since removed their phone number from the website. Please DO NOT order from this horrible company -- it's not worth the $$ savings. I wish there was less than one star to give. I order online all the time and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had.

Terrible Company!! AVOID at all costs!!!

upDone.com (AKA - New York Sound)

I ordered my print on 1/1/09. Credit card charged $100.72 on 1/2/09. After no updates on their website regarding my order status in over two weeks I contacted customer support. I placed numerous calls to customer support (11 total) and opened two support tickets. Four weeks later and I still have not received my print. Customer service is hands down the worst I've ever dealt with. They pump you full of lies hoping to just pacify you. I have been told three times now that my canvas print has shipped, and I still don't have my print...

Please save your time and money and avoid this company. Do your research. I'm afraid It's too late for me...
