I have used Upack 3 times in the last year. I first used U-pack 10 years ago. Flawless every time. I have heard plenty of horror stories about your competitors so why would I use anyone else.

Everything was done on time, both drivers I interacted with were friendly and helpful, the staff at the depots were help and very flexible for our timing. The cost was about equivalent to renting 2 15' rental trucks when including the cost of gasoline.

If I were moving across states again (which I really hope never to do again!), I would not hesitate to use the service again. (Next time I would hire labor to load/unload the truck.)

Great experience. The process from drop off to transit to pick up was extremely efficient. Would highly recommend this if you are moving out of state.

They handled all the details and we're willing to work with me on the storage cost when I went over the month by a week.

We had almost no time to plan a thousand mile move. Any hiccups in the process would have been highly problematic. UPack hit it out of the park with an absolutely perfect experience from start to finish. The customer service team was knowledgeable. The expectations were clearly set as well as what we needed to do on our part make this all happen. Rarely do I ever get to say this but it was a perfect experience from start to finish. As an added bonus after 6+ estimates, UPack pricing was not only straight forward but it came in under all of the competitors. Don't hesitate to seek out UPack for your next move.

This company should serve as a Hallmark for all attributes that us consumers look for when moving.

I have nothing but positive things to say about U-Pack. The website was easy to use and pricing was very transparent. They delivered and retrieved the ReloCube at the scheduled times, and scheduling was very easy. Everyone I dealt with, on the phone and in-person, was very polite and professional. Using a ReloCube was easier and cheaper than renting a truck and moving the items myself. Using U-Pack is a no-brainer in my opinion!

I had not heard of them initially. I'd only heard about PODS and really didn't appreciate how vague they were about pricing so I looked into other options. I was moving from Louisiana to Massachusetts and all interactions with U-Pack were easy peezy which I'm incredibly grateful for as moving is such a nightmare with packing, planning, budgeting etc. U-Pack made it very easy. (I put an air-tag in my box so I could track it, just in case! It was reassuring to see it moving across the country as I did!) The local companies who delivered and picked up the container were punctual and friendly. Emails with U-Pack were promptly answered and reassuring. Great experience!!

Every single person I spoke to was outstanding. The drivers were extremely helpful and professional, dispatch was kind, friendly and easy to plan with and the move was on time the entire time. I don’t know why more people don’t use this service.

The truck was delivered on timer by a friendly driver. It was clean inside and was easy to load with the provided ramp. The partitions were a little trick to install and remove. The truck arrived on time at our scheduled delivery date and was picked up the day after we unloaded it. Overall it was a great way to move our household across the country.

The $ to move 2 containers was very competitive, they showed up when they said they were going to and although I hurriedly packed the cubes nothing was scratched or broken!

The drivers were prompt, efficient, professional, yet personable. Only issue I had was due to my packing. Next time, I would recommend packing it tighter all the way to the ceiling so items don’t shift. I damaged a rocking chair by it shifting during transit. Again this had nothing to do with the service, but my lack of how to pack. I highly recommend UPACK with ABF. A great company.

After having a bad experience in the past with a move down to Florida, U pack really made everything seamless for me and stress free. Plus the cost was so reasonable, communication is great, drivers are friendly. I'm so pleased that I will always recommend and use for any big moves! Thank you!

Our cross state move was excellent. Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition! We highly recommend using U-Pack Moving!

I rented 5’ of space in the truck. The driver who dropped off the trailer explained everything to me, showed me how to fit bulkhead when I was finished packing, and all other relevant info. We packed it, put up the bulkhead, closed the door and UPack did the rest. It was delivered to my niece across the country yesterday and all went well. Half the price of the smallest UHaul truck. Pretty easy and straightforward, always someone on the other end of the phone to answer questions. Thanks!

Everything went super smooth: From the container delivery to my pickup. I even had to change my container drop off at the final destination to a pickup at service center and the people on the phone did it within 5 minutes and even refunded me the difference in costs.

I did not have to call 15 people to get the best rate. The best rate was available right in front of me as soon as I entered the details on the website. There was no one calling me 24x7 to provide me with the best rate. This was also by far the cheapest, most fair rate for my move (after having talked to 3 other moving companies)

Couldn’t be any happier!

Did everything they promised and even delivered the cube one day early to meet our schedule !
