WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN …
When i have ordered from this company before my hoody was slow to come but eventually arrived but this time it was worse .My mums cousin had ordered me an XL pink ADHD T shirt on the 12of feb and i thought it was royal mail as it said it was on its way via email and i waited and waited and my my mums cousin partner contacted them and no response. I emailed them on the 17th of April so two months waiting. i got a reply on the 20th of april saying that they would look into where my shirt had gone and would send a freebie and was sorry and they are a small company and these things fall through the net , She said she was on holiday and would send it the following Thursday (23 April ) still nothing ,i have been very patient and my patience is wearing very thin and i sent them a curt email on fb an just get a automated response . They are happy to take your money but waiting 2 and half months for a shirt and a half hearted apology is terrible customer service . My shirt eventually arrived and its freebie shirt on May the 9th FINALLY! UNSUBTLE SKULLS RESPECT YOUR CUSTOMERS BETTER
