Well it was easy to navigate to the services I needed. I didn't like the answer I got back especially since I couldn't be helped with my issue..
But that was my fault buying the phone from a 3rd party.. I wouldn't recommend buying any phone from any place except the phone store.. these days blacklisted phones are being sold to dummies like me but I have unlockriver.com to thank without them I would have never known
