TOTAL RIP OFF
Their so called 'Live Support' were NEVER online. They said i would have received the code in 2-48 hours. Its now been week 3 with no response whatsoever to the numerous emails I've sent them or not even just to let me know the status of my unlock code. I wish i had done my research on them before i sent them my money. But i have reported them to a website who deals specially with these kind of things and they have let me know that I am one of literally many with complaints about them,and said that a few persons are taking legal action against them...that made me smile. I really do hope whoever is suing them gets those people for all they are worth and leaves them in debt like im sure they have done to others when taking their money and giving them nothing. Their customer support is awful. I gave them one star,but only because i had to,a one star rating is waaaaaaaaaay too high for those guys.

another complete fabrication of the truth...do you honestly think paypal, google checkout would allow a merchant account if this was the case? it takes a click of the mouse to file a paypal claim..and your not going to have a paypal acct for long if all your sales are disputed...the fact of the matter is sites like this are hardly an accurate representation of a website. the bulk of the customers get their code and don't look back..its mostly people who complain that leave remarks...
the site would need to proactively request customers to leave a review and even then most customers have better things to do then fill out reviews..

sorry, but not getting an email response over the weekend hardly considered a "scam"
its more accurately called a bogus review from an impatient person.
6 weeks no unlock code and I cannotn log in to get it now.They take your money then Ignore your e mails.Google should not allow them to advertise they are criminals .
They take yoiur money and do not give an unlock code .

what emails? you only login 1 time to submit your imei to the unlock server..if the customer does not read, follow instructions or communicate then its extremely difficult to help resolve anything..
Terrible Service Long wait time on unlock code
After paying didn't hear from them for days until i threatened to report them then they continued to ask me for the same information which i guess they dont keep on file from their system only to tell me that there isn't a code available. The customer service? there is none they guy literally laughed at me when i demanded i get my money back. All in all dont trust them, the "Live Support" is 99% of the time offline i'm sure there is a better service out there.

we asked the customer for the imei so we could cancel your order.this customer just did not get it. over and over we asked for the imei so we could cancel his order and refund him.He refused. absolutely ridiculous. now he has emailed saying oh..I didnt know you needed that....
Quick service, good assistance
There were some technical issues with my order, but I found great assistance.
I got the code within 24 hours and it worked.
