Caught in a web of LIES! Run away

We took our 2024 Grand Design Travel Trailer to Unlimited RV for warranty work July 25th 2025. We worked with Felicia, in service, to underwrite the items. We took photos and videos of all work to be completed and sent them via email to the support@ unlimited rv.com email address. We confirmed the service to be performed after they sent a work order list. I told them weekly follow up would not be needed, I trust you all. That was a huge mistake! We picked up the trailer a few weeks later and did not do a walk thru. I had to get the trailer into storage for 6 months for my ankle rehab. When we opened the trailer up this Spring, only 1 item had been serviced out of the 6 items listed. We were flat out LIED too! I called Norman Bear, the service manager and went through our issues. He apologized and said the "girl" is no longer with them and they had problems they were still dealing with from her. Bear revied the work to be done. I told him we would bring the trailer down the following Monday since we had a camping trip planned in 2 weeks. We picked up the camper (service manager was off that day). Dealt with Jeromy and relisted the items to be repaired for the second time. The living room had 2 places of trim falling off, shower wall below faucet was bowing and not attached, closet door was not repaired with the sliders near the floor (this is how the closet door fell off during transport and broke a hanger), trash can door was supposed to have magnet moved since it would not line up and close. Received an email 20 April saying the work was completed. I thanked Jeromy for the speed of service and special attention from the service department. HOLY $%#@! Shame on me. When we arrived I had to deal with Chris from the service desk. This time we did a walk. The first 3 items we looked at had not been addressed. Just blown off again! I never would have expected to be LIED to 2 times! Asked Chris to fix the 2 items before we left the parking lot since I knew what would happen with the drawer and closet not being secured and banging the inside even more. About 30 minutes later the tech was finished. Chris looked at the shower and said he would make sure to have the shower repaired (now that he saw what the complaint was). He also told us to go and drop the camper off Monday 27 April 2026 for the shower wall repair. When I arrived, service manager was off again. Dealt with Jeromy. He went to get a technician. Tech came out and said there is no way to repair that wall, the studs are on 2 foot spacing and Grand Design would not cover the warranty work. I was a little taken aback by this response. Why would you all have it 2 times and tell me they had fixed it and now I have to listen to a tech that doesn't deal with Grand Design warranty department. No way the studs are 24 inch spacing ( Not only can you feel the support system behind the wall but I asked GD when I spoke to them.). The biggest complaint is the amount of BS and LIES this dealership uses. Yes, I did verify they billed Grand Design for the warranty work from the first visit. This is serious FRAUD. Not only have they committed fraud to the manufacturer, they have LIED to the customer 3 times now and got caught NOT performing repair work that they agreed to do. If you purchase or take your vehicle for service BE WARNED! I worked for a dealership, I know the process and the policies for warranty work, what a successful dealership looks like and what honesty and integrity look like. They LIED constantly to our family these past 6 months of dealing with this shade tree dealership. They will LIE again to their future customers that are unlucky enough not to read this review when making a decision. I loved the reply from them an hour after giving them 1 star saying they do not have me in their data base as a sales or service customer. Once again more LIES!! The 2nd ticket your crappy dealership gave me was on an estimate sheet with your letterhead Estimate 5578. Stay away from these LIARS!!
