Overall a decent service but i had to chase them for an update when the company wasn't filed when i had guessed. The service after the explanation was prompt and professional but it would have been 5 stars if they had informed me of the delay at Companies House.

Regarding part of your comment, and in fairness to ourselves, we would like to point out not only that the IT problem lay wholly with Companies House (not our firm) and affected the entire United Kingdom, but also that they had not bothered to inform us or many other users of it until we ourselves noticed a delay on the system and had to contact them to enquire about it before they told us. We are glad that otherwise, however, you found the services that were actually from us to be good - which, as can be readily seen, is well supported by our review record on Trustpilot and also Google.
