The care personal are wonderful, friendly and professional. However, the finance team are abysmal. The account statements have been incorrect and despite over 40 emails, phone calls and help from our support contact over the past 6 months, they do not correct the statements or even reply. Their complete lack of response is beyond belief especially for an organisation that utilises Australian tax payer money.
