Big thanks to shahbaz who swiftly resolved my flat water outage issue last night. Discovered the problem at 10pm and by 10:30 it was all sorted. His quick response and dedication were truly appreciated. He was so responsible and I truly think he deserve a pay raise!

I needed help with putting my Dissertation poster up because I wasn't sure if it was allowed. I asked at the front desk who told me to email them so that they could send it to the higher-ups as soon as possible. Got a response the next day for approval. Thanks Tom for being super quick and helpful!

I have been a resident of Unite Students Accommodation for over 3 years.The reason behind writing this review is to express my sincere appreciation for Mr. Adil Majid for his outstanding efforts in ensuring an excellent and pleasant experience during my time in the student accommodation. Throughout my stay at Stratford One and Pacific Court, I was lucky enough to meet Mr. Majid. He is a model employee who strives to support all those in need, including the staff and the residents, to the maximum extent possible. He has been one of the few staff members at Stratford One who has diligently handled my demands, even the most basic ones, ensuring that he has consistently provided accurate responses to everything I or my friends have asked for. I congratulate you for giving me the opportunity to have met Mr. Majid, because he is an excellent member of your company. Thank you.

During my recent stay in Campbell, I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service from one staff member in particular - Syed Imran. One time, I needed to replace my suitcase's wheel, he helped me a lot and got it fixed which is an amazing experience that I could never find in other places. His friendly smile and positive attitude give a feeling like you feel at home. Overall, Campbell is the best place to stay, safe, caring, clean, and helpful and organizes many wonderful events for everyone. It is truly worth every penny spent.

I urgently needed a print out for a trip I was going on and the public printer wasn't working due to an internet issue. The night staff worker was extremely helpful and went out of his way to get the documents printed from another building and brought to Campbell front desk so that I would have everything I needed. Very grateful!

Overpriced rooms, I arranged a room with unite students over the phone and was then sent the wrong contract which was different from the room discussed. They took ages to sort this out and switch me over to the contract I wanted, had to chase up many times. At the new room the payment plan for the rent was different to the one sent to me and I wasnt notified and only realised when i saw my bills, this was confusing and also a hassle for students who often struggle financially. Honestly for this price the rooms arent worth it and service is awful, go for cheaper accommodation because the service is awful here anyway, would put zero if I could.

I had an unfortunate experience with a staff member named Maria at Brunel House in Bristol, who I found to be incredibly unprofessional and discourteous. She seems to be in-charge of housekeeping but for some reason all she does is sit at the reception all day whilst being completely unprofessional and giving off an "i hate my job" and "i hate people" kind of attitude when collecting and handing out parcels.

No idea why Unite Students would hire such an individual and it truly is unfortunate that students have to deal with such a person.

The two cleaning ladies are the loveliest and warming women you’d ever meet. They always have a smile on their face and always have a laugh when I bump into them. It builds a great atmosphere within the building.

A few weeks ago, my friend received assistance from some of your staff during the night. We have been trying to reach out to thank, especially to the staff member who was called out to respond and helped call the ambulance. He offered water and stayed with my friend until help arrived. Please pass on this message. The staff member was truly kind and helpful. This incident was outside of your riverside property, and none of us were residents.

Monsanto & Alex at phoenix court are very helpful and nice，because tonight my room has a big bug, they came to my room and help me kill the bug. I am very grateful for their help！

Wouldn’t even give them one star. They take money from students even when their rent is fully paid and can’t even tell you why. Dreadful customer service and trying to unsuccessfully get a refund. Avoid.

I was struggling to find accommodation for my summer internship and I stumbled upon Unite students. I phoned them and spoke to Sarah Scarce. Sarah has been amazing since picking up the phone to finalising my contract with Unite. No question was too silly to ask as Sarah would always provide a detailed response and be happy to call me if I wanted to discuss on the phone. Sarah has helped me throughout the whole process from finding out what accommodation I could stay in for a short stay, to booking a viewing and then securing the contract. If you want someone who is extremely attentive and will always respond to your emails promptly I would definitely ask for Sarah Scarce when making a booking with Unite!

Lifts constantly broken and maintenance takes weeks to get to resolving anything. Rebooked for next year because flatmates are worry warts but I'm very unhappy with the decision as the pricing's extortionate for what you're paying for. Asked about cancelling since I found much cheaper places only to be told I ened to find a replacement tenant. This is rediculous, there's first years who could fill my place.

Our housekeeper Karen at Trafalgar Hall is absolutely lovely, she’s always on the ball and you can tell she really cares. Despite having a lot of issues with pests, amenities and leaks, staff really make you feel welcome and do everything they can
