The team arrived this morning and assessed the problem cleared the drain and replaced everything,cleaned up and left things tidy. The team were both polite and friendly. I just wish I could of got through to speak to customer services as quick and easy

When the water was restored a vast…
When the water was restored a vast amount of air and water under pressure entering my supply damaged my boiling tap boiler damaged it. This was reported to one of your telephone agents who advised me that a claim form would be sent out by your legal department as yet this has not been received. I was very fortunate to have seen the water coming from the cupboard were the boiler is located otherwise there could of been a significant additional damage.

Excellent service from United Utilities. Customer service is brilliant. Any issue you may have, they're definitely do their utmost to help you. As a disabled person, they have gone above & beyond to assist me with any problems that I have encountered. The staff are always very helpful.
