Unprofessional therapist and late delivery of ESA letter

The contracted therapist was impatient and irritable in his emails, & got offended when I addressed him in writing as Mr. rather than Dr. despite not clearly indicating his title in his email signatures. The ESA letter was only received several weeks later when I reached out asking for it, at which point they finally sent it, but claimed it had been previously sent on the day of the eval, even though I received no such email on the day they claimed to have sent it.

Regarding the delay with your ESA letter, I apologize for the frustration. The therapist noted it was sent on the day of the evaluation, but it’s clear you never received it. Sometimes emails land in spam or fail to send properly, but that’s still on us to ensure you get your documents promptly.

I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and easily everything was handled. The form was straightforward, and after a brief phone conversation, we received approval almost immediately. So grateful to have my dog certified through this excellent service!

Superb customer service

The manager ben help me extremely I had made a mistake on my order and was afraid that I would have to reorder and pay again but he reassured me that he would take care of it and he did I am so grateful for how you guys treat your customers keep up the good work
