I have bought a pair of shoes. Upon arrival I realized that they are slightly big so I initiated return through the website. Return was submitted and I got a confirmation email that said - label and instructions will be mailed soon. Well... 10 days later no label and instructions. I sent 5 follow up emails to the customer support with no reply.

I notified Klarna and they put payments on hold. If its not resolved Ill start dispute with my VISA card.

this is nightmare.

They have changed the sizes of products, so they don't fit. Tried to return, but could not get hold of the customer service. Still waiting for a reaction (mail) and the return ticket. Phone number not reachable.

I was scared because of all the poor reviews here. But I guess when you're happy with a product you simply don't bother writing a good review than when you have a bad experience with a company.

1. The shipping went smoothly and relatively fast.
2. The shoes arrived in top condition.
3. They look exactly like in the pictures and are gorgeous.
4. But the most important thing: they're 100% comfortable.
5. And very light, compared to other plateau-shoes.
5.1 I literally love walking in them because it feels like i am walking on air.

I mean to be honest I expect that when paying over 200 bucks for a pair of shoes. I could say something like being a little sad that they're not exactly waterproof but thats complaining on a high level.

Bought a year ago, they still haven't arrived. Customer services will give me a refund. Still nothing. Pure fraud!

I’m very disappointed with my recent purchase from United Nude. The item I received isn’t what I expected, and unfortunately, I don’t like it at all. What makes it even more frustrating is that I paid £20 for delivery and now have to pay another £20 just to return it.

After reading many concerning reviews on Trustpilot, I’m honestly scared to send it back in case I don’t receive my refund. Reaching customer service has also been almost impossible — I haven’t been able to get a proper response, which has made this experience even more stressful.

If someone from United Nude could please reach out to help me arrange a return without me paying another £20, I would really appreciate it. This experience has sadly made me very hesitant to order from the brand again.

My return parcel got stuck in customs and could not be delivered back to United Nude because DHL messed up. Joe (their Customer Service & Operations Supervisor EU) went above and beyond to help me fix the problem, which went on for over a month! Joe is an absolute star and a credit to the company. I wish more retailers these days had customer service staff who really cared about customers like he does.

The shoe designs are beautiful, but my pair turned my toes green from color transfer on the first day I wore them and also started to fall apart. Their return policy only accepts new shoes, so I wasted my money. I don't mind paying a lot for a product as long as it's good quality, and this one certainly isn't. I don't recommend it, and I should have read the reviews before buying a shoe from this store...it's a shame because I was so happy to have found a store with such unique and beautiful shoes. I'm relieved that at least I only bought 1 of the 3 pairs I was delighted with…imagine the headache?!

Purchased 3 pair of shoes close to $1000- kept 1 pair, submitted return authorization request, waited close to 2 weeks for response return shipped back immediately, tracking shows return received end of month - I have yet to receive acknowledgement of return or refund - 7th request for response submitted today! Next up report to BBB. Do NOT buy direct - best to purchase from reputable retailer. What a horrific experience and costly lesson!

Will never never buy at United Nude.It took more than two weeks to get it delivered and their return process is extremely slow and annoying.

There is no phone number to contact.

I do not recommend ordering from Malta. The return process through UPS is extremely inconvenient - you must go to the airport to drop off a package, and returns cost €20.

I'd strongly advise against ordering unconventional shoes like these online, as the pictures didn't match expectations. Also the sneakers I have ordered were not nearly comfortable as any regular sneakers - too narrow and more heels-like feeling.

Extremely Frustrating Experience with United Nude Customer Service*

I’ve been a loyal United Nude customer for years, but this recent experience has been deeply disappointing.

I placed an order for *three items* only *two were delivered*, and one was clearly missing. Despite multiple emails reporting the missing item, I received no response until I resorted to the online chat. Only then did someone finally reply and promised to send the missing item.

Three days later, I received an email (and UPS tracking update) stating the item was delivered but I *never received it*. I reached out again to United Nude and attempted to report the issue to UPS, who refused to accept my claim. I’m now left feeling completely *lost and stressed*.

To make matters worse, *one pair of shoes didn’t fit* though I ordered my usual size. I was told return labels would be sent, but *after several days*, I’m still waiting and have *no idea how to return the item*.

I genuinely love the brand but this experience has been appalling. *Premium products should come with premium service.* Right now, all I want is what I paid for.. my shoes or my money back!!!

One Star Is one too much. You cant Call this Customer Service. Period.

Purchased an expensive shoe in a 36. They sent me a size 40 in a box marked 36. I emailed them about the mistake and they sent me a return slip right away with a promise to send the correct size when I returned the other shoes. Returned the shoes. Received an email saying only that I was being refunded $0. I do not have the replacement shoes or the refund at this point and no one is responding to email. Very disappointed.

I have to admit that I love the shoes but the customer service is beyond bad. These are not cheap shoes so I don't understand why they are so rude to their customers.
They charged me too much, sent the wrong shoe. Eventually sent a replacement but it is too big and they won't send a return slip.
I have bought a new pair in a smaller size but they won't send it out, so they are holding on to almost $600 and I have no shoes.

Their tactic to deal with unsatisfied customers who they stole money from? Block them on Instagram to prevent it from going extra public. Shame on you United Nude! Either you ship the shoes I bought for over 200 euros or give me my money back.

Shoes look so good but quality is horrible. I bought 2 different pairs one week ago. I’ve worn them once in Dubai (nothing like desert or somewhere without roads) and now I can throw away both of them. The colour was removed from shoe insole (was yellow, now some part is white), the shoe skin is scratched.
This experience I’ve never had with any shoes that even 3 times cheaper than United nude.
Unfortunately, they are no option to add photos to show you how they look now
it’s really expensive for this quality!

Horrible, horrible company!!

Ordered my shoes on Dec 24,2024. Got email that shows were shipped. Few days later I checked shipping status and it shows that my shipment got canceled. I reached out to customer service, no response. After a follow up on my email again, I finally got some response. Customer service shipped my item again, I was told they did an expedited shipping. So 3 weeks later I’m still “waiting” on my shoes. I am very disappointed, because I was so ready to drop 2k on shoes with them, now I need to call my bank and claim fraud. Stay away from them!!!!!

Horrible company!!! Placed a decent size order with expedited shipping. No shipment, no order. Then, when I reach out for an answer and they can not provide one for my order status, they send a separate email asking if I supplied additional info because the order was flagged. When I ask for clarification, I now receive an email that they are canceling my order and to place a new order, now with product at a much higher price and/or no longer in stock. Spend your mo ey elsewhere!!

Bought the shoes spontaneously a year ago when I passed their shop in Amsterdam.
The shoes definitely portrays my character, it is very comfy and almost constantly wearing it everyday, i feel sorry for my other shoes for not getting enough attention.
