Fantastic service from start to finish
Great service from beginning to end. Really helpful guy in the shop followed with the fitters who have done a beautiful job of the carpet on my stairs and landing. Will be returning for the floors for the rest of my house 👍🏻🙂

The floor fitter was rude and damaged the wall
The floor fitter was very rude. I made them both a coffee and it was left split all down the wall and window cill but he went and sat in the van after the job before I could pull him in it. The wall was damaged as the metal corner strip was pulled off during fitting and again nothing was said, they just left. They want laying off really

Seamless transaction from calling into the store and getting the carpet fitted less than a week later (just before Christmas too).
Nice people, we were kept fully informed on the fitting time and cost, we’ve done business with them before and would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Great service Ellesmere port branch
We phoned to request a visit from a representative to measure for stairs and landing carpet. We had looked on the website for the carpet we wanted. The gentleman I spoke to came out that very morning. Measured up and phoned us back within the day with a very acceptable quote. He was a very pleasant man, friendly but very professional.
. The service we received was first class.

Great service from the start till the…
Great service from the start till the end, didn't have a clue what I needed for my flat. Chap was warm, knowledgeable and most important honest! Gave me his and others opinions based on my flat. Ordered and gave me a discount. Carpets were fitted in 5 days and 9am as agreed due to work commitments - fantastic so pleased and my kids love them as soft to play and draw on.

Cushion flooring for bathroom
The buying of the cushion floor was very good in the shop could not fault them. It was bought for my 83 year old dad’s bungalow. The fitter should be ashamed of how he fitted it though. It was cut too short at the door and also on an angle. It does not even fit under the brass trim.
