I have been added to mailing list. Without permission!

A few minutes ago I received an email from this company. At an email address I NEVER use for anything. Not for sign up, not to email with. I only keep the account open for some old acquaintances who have it.

The last time I used it (for an action at my work at that time), and unsubscribed, was somewhere in 2020, 2 years ago. And now they welcome me again?!

For me a big NONO and reason why won't trust a company like this.
