I ordered the Hairweave Sleeve-Fashionable Design-Haircare back on March 6th, 2026. It has been over a month (4 weeks) and I still have not recived my order. It has been in IA for 4 days. Why has it not moved in 4 days and why is it taking so long? NEVER ordering from them again!!!!!

I ordered Hyaluronic acid powder only to find out when I read the ingredients that it has cornflour in the product. Also it came with no measuring spoon.,after many many emails with no satisfaction, I asked for a full refund as the product was not what was stated on the add. They just keep offering me an unacceptable amount and I continue to ask for a refund. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I believe it is a total SCAM 😡😡😡

Crap profuct for expensive USD. Scammers who use AI, / dont reply when you want to return 2 useless eye pencis you pay $33 Aus dollars for.

The items took much longer than expected to arrive. When they did not arrive in time for my event, cancellation was not an option. When they finally arrived, they were not as promised.

If I could give zero stars, just due to the lack of accountability. Blaming the postal service. But looking at other reviews, seems like they are this issue. Seems they have taken quite a bit of money from people yet they haven't delivered products. I was always taught that was stealing.

uniqueabund sent a product that didn't pass customs was not as promised and poor quality. Complained no refund a total rip off. Customs hads to destroy the items sent. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Total scam - Never recieved my order from 2 months ago. I contacted them numerous times and they kept blaming the delivery service and gave me a new tracking number three times. None of the tracking numbers were valid - they just made them up.02

Total scam. I bought these seeds and never got 1 seed to germinate. It's ridiculous that they are getting away with this. The instructions on the packet were in Chinese so got them translated as best as I could. I'm never going to buy anything else from the Internet.

Buyer beware

My bank contacted me after I tried to pay to this company. Luckily my bank denied the charge, and several subsequent charge attempts from various "companies" in Hong Kong and China. The credit card had to be closed. Now I have a huge job to change my card information everywhere, memorize new PIN and CVC.

If I could give no stars I would. Purchased an advertised French beauty cream and received a Chinese knock off which is completely different. I would never put it near my face. The packaging is in Chinese and the consistency is different. When I complained they said I got what I ordered and offered me 2 dollars for good will. SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!

Will not send you what you think your getting. They show the right picture of your product, but its not what you get, then they offer 2.00 for a refund.

When I contacted them telling them that I had not received order, they said that it was delivered and gave me an address. I responded the city was not right on the address and I put on the correct address. They told me to go to contact the post office. When I said no, they never responded to me. I didn't get the order and wasn't never contacted again. I waited again and messaged them saying I didn't hear back and they still didn't respond. I emailed up until August 2024 and still no response.

Ok the bras I ordered do not fit there to sm, one of the ID way to sm, I did not know they came from China they always make clothes to sm, I'll need to send them back or get my money back .I love the feel of them on my skin so soft.and love the design. Please help me

I received the wrong colour, and they refuse me to return it or get me my money back. They keep saying that I got what I ordered, but my order clearly says otherwise.

Purchased some wire free support bras and they were WAY too small....even though I followed their size chart. When I contacted them they told me the size I ordered was accurate with what they sent. I sent them measurements of the bra verses my measurements and that alone was proof because my measurements were at least 20 cm more than the bra! I was livid!!! They offered to give me $5 back on a purchase that was completely useless to me! They also asked if maybe I could give them to someone the could fit. Really? SMH.....BEWARE!!!!

I had the same experience as another reviewer with their sis"er company Sob"eeriond.c"m - wish I had read these reviews first.
It is a SCAM.
I tried to cancel as soon as I realised they give no delivery timeframe, 5 mins after I ordered, and they said it had already been dispatched so they couldn't cancel.
I was also overcharged - paid via PayPal and luckily checked the amount and they had used GBP instead of USD to overcharge me $13, which they said was a "system error" - but it was an obvious scam tactic.
The 2 sofa covers that arrived are different shades, wonky, don't cover the sofas properly, and different to the description online. The packaging was ripped and they weren't packaged well. They are now avoiding my messages.
Definitely a scam. Avoid! I'm still trying to get a refund.
