I was told that this company had delivered the product that I ordered 100ml of spicebomb Extreme for £34.95 Via Aliexpress but they said they were local but if you order something from them like i have ordered from them maybe 5/6 times in the past and always happy with their products and service but I have not received my order and their customer service is AI that purports to be human but asking it a question it can only reply to the answer you provide to the AI and not a photo of delivery status or if you bombard them with questions about the product and tracking number they don’t answer it just like unineed is the legitimate perfume store within Aliexpress that purports to be Scottish and they may have registered a business in Glasgow so why can’t they just be truthful and giving me Latest Tracking Number: FP232429397GB with the Royal Mail I don’t understand how they can lie about this as I have been nothing but loyal to them on temu and aliexpress very bad service

I’m giving a rating for a store called Glamstore. I ordered a lotion on walmart.com from Glamstore and it was lost in transit. They were really great about communicating with me, shipping out another lotion and keeping in good communication with me until the lotion arrived at my house. I really appreciate this very much. They were very kind and communicated very well. And they had no problem replacing the lotion that, not of their fault, was lost in transit on the way to my house. I want to thank them very much for this. And the experience that I had with this store for this purchase is definitely a five star rating experience. Thank you very much and have a great day!

Bought some Aveda products at a great price. Shipping time to the US was decent and customer service replied promptly when contacted. I plan on buying from them again.

I recently received my parcel, but when I opened it, it was empty. And courier who they used just put it on doorstep, didn’t even knock on door or leave a card to say it was on doorstep. Video footage will be shown if this is not sorted

Don't deserve the 1 star. Ordered 3 bottles of Vera Wang princess on shein as you are a merchant selling on there site and only 1 bottle was delivered. Still unresolved also as sheins customer service is disgraceful.

I live in America, and The Body Shop no longer exists here. I am so grateful that they were able to send me my favorite face wash for a decent cost and quickly. The delivery was also very secure as I received it through our public mailing system; so it was delivered straight to my mailbox. I will be purchasing with them again!

I was buying 4 expensive jars of Elemis Pro-Collagen Marine Cream and was sceptical at first because the price was better than anyone else online and I had never heard of Unineed. I looked them up on LinkedIn and online and saw their head office is in an upmarket area of Glasgow (my area of the world). I read enough to satisfy me and went ahead with the order. I needn't have worried - I got order confirmations and follow-up emails as expected, and my order arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I hope they do well! Thank you Unineed. We all like a bargain.

I bought 4 boxes of sunscreen. I opened one and used it a couple of times. I realized it was breaking me out and I sent it back. Now they want to deny me my refund because they said I damaged it. I didn't. I sent it to UPS intact. And not give me any refund because 1 product was opened. Mind you 3 are unopened. Horrible. I'm disputing with my credit card.

I bought Olaplex from Unineed a while ago and I thought something was off with the packaging so I contacted Olaplex directly and was told that these were not Olaplex products. But I wouldn't recommend buying from them ever again.

I bought a cream for my skin condition (eczema) online. The product is excellent and I even received two boxes of the cream. I ordered only one but when I asked for being charged for the second one because I really like the product and asked customer service to charge my original card they simplified the whole process by offering PayPal payment method. I brought a vanilla perfume for $20 good price right? But it never came in the mail so I ordered Nivea package and it arrived a few weeks ago but it also said it contained the vanilla perfume so I rummaged through the box just to find the Nivea set. Nothing else! (I don’t remember when so I put When I guessed it happened)

Received an item that had opened in its box and lost most of the product. They replied quickly, and after I sent a couple of pictures they sent out another without question. Great customer service in this day and age where most companies don't seem to care anymore. Would definatley shop again.

I received a short dated product which I was not impressed with at all. However, when contacting customer services through the online chat my issue was dealt with very promptly and efficiently by George who issued a refund to be made straight away.

Unfortunately, my parcel from Unineed never arrived because it was lost in transit, however, the customer service agent, George, was helpful and responsive. He offered a replacement, or full refund within days of raising my enquiry.

My Elemis product arrived and it looks and smells FAKE! It’s not the right product that I ordered from their website. I wish I had read these reviews first. It’s a SCAM WEBSITE, AVOID!!!!

Purchased through TikTok Shop, but experienced unreliable order fulfillment. Not recommended for hassle-free shoppers.
