Avoid - Absolutely dreadful after sales…
Absolutely dreadful after sales service. Had deck lighting installed last year, it kept turning itself on at random times. Company refused to talk to me at all, had to go through the installer all the time. Over one year later it still is unusable - either we can not turn it on and off from the house (20 meters away down the garden), or we have to accept it turning itself on randomly. Plus one light packed up altogether (which was eventually replaced after close on a year). They denied there was a problem with the lights turning themselves on randomly, but when I checked with one of their retailers, the retailer confirmed they had regular returns because of the same problems. So being economical with the truth also one of their failings. They refuse to take it back so I’m faced with the hassle of small claims court or losing £1,300. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.
