DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought a phone case that took 3 weeks to deliver, I emailed Unik Case enquiring about my order, they did not reply to me at all. I finally got my delivery but the phone case was damaged upon opening it. I emailed Unik Case with pictures of my damaged order on 29th Sept 2024. I still haven’t heard from them. They don’t reply to my enquires. I am left $40 out of pocket with a damaged phone case. I can’t find a phone number to contact them

I ordered mine way back in April. Still never got my case even tho I got confirmation. I tried contacting them anumber of times they don't respond back even tho they read my messages... Just a bunch of rip offs... Taking my money. I give them an aaweful review.

Is Unikcase out of business? I tried to order a case but when I clicked "Process Transaction" the page errored out. My credit card was charged, there was no confirmation email saying the order went through and when I went to contact them there was no response. I first tried to through email on their website. Then I called the "Hotline" number listed at the bottom of the screen. It was a personal phone number and the man that answered said that he gets calls from people all the time and that he went to the address listed on the website and could not find a business called Unikcase at that location.

Horrible customer service. Been waiting for my case for almost a month with no responses to email / website messages (sent at least 3). Case has been fully paid for through Paypal. Facebook messages from two separate occasions go unresponded and only after escalation did I receive a response that they are not customer service.

I was unhappy overall with my experience with Unikcase. Even though their website says 7-10 days for shipping (I am in Toronto and they Quebec, so not a far distance) by week 3 I still did not have the case. After much back and forth from them, which was often poorly written and hard to understand (language barrier I assume). I did finally get sent a second case,which arrived about a month after the original purchase date. I was actually impressed by the quality. It looked great! However we gave it as a gift and soon after, our friend was having major issues with her iPhone 6 for about a month....she said she could not connect to WiFi and her battery was all of a sudden draining very fast. After a few weeks she took the case off and all problems were resolved, so she cannot use it. Therefore whatever material they are using, metal or foil of some sort, was affecting her phone performance. I would not recommend this company unfortunately.

I receive my case 3 days after make my order. It was for a christmas gift and i'm happy to receive it before.

A few weeks ago I purchased a phone case from here. I purchased "express" delivery which included 0 days of manufacturing time, and 2-3 day shipping. About 18 business days later, the case has arrived.

I asked the support many times if I could check on the progress or get a tracking number, because I was unhappy that I paid extra for fast shipping and didn't get it at all accordingly, however the answer was always no. I usually received some statement like "It's okay it's late, you will like the case!". This is absolutely ridiculous service, would never buy from here again.

I ordered a LG G4 case for the mother's day. It was a gift I ordered 10 days before. I receive it in 6 days and I pay for 10 to 14 days! It was Very fast!

The case is amazing! its a rubber case that protect all the phone. the print process is very nice and clear! I will definitly buy another case but for the father's day!
