Excellent Course to support the Oxford application

Uniadmissions has been a great help with preparation for my TSA exam for an application in Economics and Management. The 1 on 1 tutoring is excellent for the TSA exam and feedback on the personal statement. The tutor is passionate about the subject and provides excellent advice on the application process. I highly recommend this service. If I was to say what can be improved, I would suggest that the TSA exam questions on the portal are more exam realistic.

Uni Admissions Law Course Review - Thaly

I believe that the private tutoring lessons truly help to develop the personal statement and the LNAT skills. However, I found that both the Personal Statement and the LNAT intensive Saturday courses were too similar to the lessons, repetitive and longer than necessary. Also for the intensive courses, they weren’t time zone friendly. For the personal statement course I had to wake up 5AM as I live in Brazil.

Great tailored package of effective support

I have been very impressed in how UniAdmissions have provided my son a tailored package of help for his Oxford application. The tutors he has been given have a extremely deep understanding of the process and give effective practical advice. The support materials have also been of an exceptionally high standard.

Amazing

Amazing support and guidance through the whole application at a level I could not have accessed elsewhere. The seminars are really useful and although I have not been able to attend die to clashing with driving lessons they are great to catch up on too. Also, the other participants always push you to expand your own knowledge as well.

I signed up to uniadmissions to support my son in his application for Engineering at Cambridge University

I signed up to uniadmissions to support my son in his application for Cambridge University in 2022. We were somewhat late to the course (in July 2022, with the entrance exam in October 2022, and interview in December 2022), but were reassured that the programme would accommodate our late-coming. And I can say in emphatic terms that it did, so I can reassure any late-comers that firstly no material losses in the programme will be experienced, and secondly, a first-rate service is offered to applicants.

I would categorise that service in two respects. The first is the breadth of the supporting material, and the second is its quality. (A third background issue, not to be forgotten, is the quality of support, and the sense that administrative staff are working in the background, providing email prompts, WhatsApp reminders, helpful hints, or immediate responses to enquiries).

As to the breadth of the supporting material, it is excellent both actively and passively. The two material active components are the 30 tuition sessions (our son was provided with an outstanding tutor-match for his course, ability, stage of education and ambition: that may have been dumb luck, but I sensed a real effort to "match-make"), each of which adds significant value, is a full dense hour (or, in reality, slightly more), is well-planned (and fed-back) and exquisitely tailored for his needs on a week-to-week basis, with core focus on the forthcoming NSAA exam, but not to the exclusion of broader topics and general interview/conversational/assessment-and-analysis development; and the One Day Courses (for personal statements, which he found inspiring, and NSAA itself, which is to come).

As to the passive, there are weekly enrichment lectures (rarely attended by my son, I have to say, because his programme is full indeed, but it is reassuring to know "they are there", both live and archived, and will probably be accessed with more vigour if he is called to interview after the exam), and the online supporting materials: revision and practice questions and papers, which are too numerous to actually complete, and while not infinite or unending, there will be no student who exhausts all available materials, along with broader interview tips, "how not to and how to" answer interview questions, broader videos and resources, and online publications.

All are of the highest quality, and there is barely a criticism I could make.

It has to be accepted that the price is not cheap, indeed in a way it is reassuringly expensive, but in this regard I can say clearly and unambiguously, it is a fair price, and one which I regard as a proper investment in my son's future, and one I would regret not having paid, because knowing what I know now, while he may have made it absent this course, and may still not make it with this course, his chances of making it have been immeasurably improved.

Great Help

UniAdmissions has been a great help with preparation for my MAT (Mathematics Admissions Test) exam for an application in Computer Science Oxford. Although some of the resources on the Uni Admissions portal are quite basic, the 1 on 1 tutoring is excellent. My tutor is extremely professional, engaging and thorough, and you can tell that he loves talking about maths and likes tutoring. He’s always patient when explaining concepts even if it runs a few minutes over the time. The company have also been very supportive and have responded quickly to my texts, emails and general queries throughout.

Applying as an international student to the UK

After comparing different services, UniAdmissions is the best University application consulting service I have found, applying as an international student to the UK. And their acceptance rates speak for themselves. They are very professional and guide you through the required steps to apply to the UK. But perhaps even more importantly, their mentors have your best interest in mind, supporting you in a friendly manner to greatly improve you application skills. They are honestly really great! As an international student I would have needed to invest a huge amount of time researching how too perfect an application to the UK. UniAdmissions provided me that information with great resources and proven methods.
And when I learned that it was probably better for me to apply to a different course, they helped me make that change, wich I am very grateful for. This just isn't possible with other consulting agencies that have fewer great mentors and learning materials available.
To make this review seem honest, wich it is, I also want to address a few things to keep in mind. I personally enjoyed the weekly medicine group lessons more then the STEM ones, as the presenting style of the teacher works better for me. I also though that the medicine content was more useful for my application at the time than it is with the STEM lessons, as I just apply to a very specific part of STEM but the lessons cover every subject. Still, it's great that there are weekly lessons, I just prefer the style of the medical ones. But I understand that other people might feel differently when comparing these lessons. Secondly, at least one of the specific video guides for an entrance exam was a bit outdated. The content is still correct, it's just that they have added more content that hasn't been covered in the video lessons yet. But as only a relatively small amount of content isn't covered, the video lessons are still very useful and definitely worth watching and using for revision.
Overall, I can really recommend UniAdmissions when applying as an international student to the UK, given that you want to apply to top UK Universities.

Helpful service with rigorous student care

Having signed up quite late I was quickly offered to join the enrichment seminars and found them interesting and useful. Having been introduced to my tutor I was ignored and stood up when organising meetings, however UniAdmissions have committed themselves to rectifying the situation. Overall, a quality service and the customer service team looks after you well.

Personalised experience

Everything has been very nice and complete. At the begging I had some issues contacting my tutor because he didn’t reply to my mails. Luckily, after talking to the head of programmes those issues were solved. My 1 to 1 hours are very useful since they are personalised and we can focus on what I need.

Uni Admissions have been a great assistance…

Uni Admissions have been a great assistance to me in the process of applying for Oxbridge.
They have made the process very clear and allowing me to choose the right Tutor who can meet my individual needs on a high academic level has been invaluable.
Niamh, my tutor, has all the sessions planned in advance and is clear in what we should be looking to achieve at the end of each tutorial.
In addition to my scheduled tutor sessions there are numerous additional online sessions that cover all aspects of the application process in finding the right university, course and how to prepare and plan in terms of the application process.
Personal statement advice, entrance exam practise and mock interviews are all cover in great detail.
The sessions are very focused and very enjoyable and there is no doubt that it has improved my confidence overall whilst preparing me for future university life and a new way of learning.
I cannot recommend highly enough.

Competitive Service

Thus far, UniAdmissions have not failed to impress. Their tutors, as claimed, are certainly to a high academic standard and, having recently gone through the university process themselves, are well-equipped to provide competitive guidance.

My daughter is currently having classes…

My daughter is currently having classes with UniAdmissions for her Cambridge University selection. The programme structure is great and well rounded. The tutor is very well-versed and knowledgeable as well. The approach is friendly and encouraging as my daughter tells me. I would highly recommend UniAdmissions to others.
