We couldn’t figure out how to get tickets you sent to be tickets we could use at the gate. Thankfully someone helped us.
We also could never redeem our food credit since they didn’t transfer over.

They give a decent discount. I love how straight forward the process is. There is no run around and all of the information is there. No scams. That’s something I greatly appreciate in the world we live in today! I would definitely use Undercover Tourist again!

Best ticket spot
Price, options, bonus gift cards, all that was great. Choosing the tickets to Disney World seems a little more complicated than it should be, having to go through so many days before getting to the 2-3 day tickets. I wish I could tell it how many days I want at the top. Maybe wiht a disclaimer of, "hey, did you know if you buy just one more day it'll be like getting it FREE?!" But overall very easy to use, this is the third time we've used them, for several different events, shows, and theme parks.

I have been a loyal customer for over a decade. I have told friends and family about Undercover Tourist and have given you guys all lot of business. This trip our friends were going to buy direct from Disney but I told them to buy from you guys to get the $10 dollar gift card per ticket deal. Well I bought my tickets on Monday and then Wednesday you send me and email about the promo ($10 per ticket) so I called to speak to someone and the agent told me he could not honor the promo for me. I explained it’s been less than 48 hours and I have a history of buying tickets for decades. All those years and referrals and they would not take care of me. Because of this I will never be using your services again and I go to Disney every year, I have been going every year for the last 20 years. If you can’t take care of a loyal customer then have no reason to stay loyal.

Awful experience with booking a Disney Cruise
Awful experience with booking a Disney cruise they are not well informed. They say you are going to call back.
1) Lorian Gumaru and Mylene V. were not great to work with. Mylene moved by reservation from 5B category to assignable without permission when I inquired about prices and then prodded to tell me I would lose by funds.
2) Early booking was never added
3) Top of the cake, they sent our luggage tags to the wrong address which they refused to help fix.
AWFUL BE AWARE STAY AWAY AND GO THROUGH DISNEY. Issues going on from April until now 6/10 and we still don't have luggage tags and had to accept what they booked since we didn't want to lose out 8K.

Thank you for your patience while we reviewed your concerns in detail. We understand the seriousness of the issues you’ve raised and appreciate the opportunity to address them.
You initially contacted us to explore changing your sailing date to August 1st due to personal circumstances. After confirming directly with Disney Cruise Line, we were advised that the reservation could not be modified, and any change would require cancellation and rebooking. As your booking was already within the penalty period (120 days prior to sailing), a cancellation fee of $744.30 applied. This amount would be deducted from your existing funds, leaving a remaining balance of $655.73 toward a new reservation. These terms were also discussed during your prior interaction on May 11.
Regarding pricing and promotions, Disney Cruise Line confirmed that the Florida Resident rate was not available for your selected August 1st sailing. Additionally, all new reservations are subject to prevailing rates at the time of booking, not original pricing. We were also advised that your child would no longer qualify as an infant at the time of the new sailing date, which impacted the updated pricing.
We would also like to address the concerns you raised about your experience. Our records show that our team made multiple efforts to explain applicable policies, pricing differences, and available options, including coordinating directly with Disney Cruise Line representatives and offering a three-way call to ensure transparency. We understand there were challenges during communication and regret any frustration this may have caused.
With respect to your stateroom inquiry, any changes to your reservation would only have been completed after confirmation of the selected option. Regarding your concern about early booking benefits, these are applied based on eligibility and the terms provided by Disney Cruise Line at the time of booking or modification.
In regard to your luggage tags, Disney Cruise Line confirmed that they were sent to the address on file. After escalation, Disney advised that luggage tags cannot be reissued once shipped. However, please note that you will still be able to receive luggage tags at the port on embarkation day, so this will not impact your ability to board your cruise.
We truly regret that your experience did not meet expectations, including your concerns regarding communication, reservation handling, and overall service experience. Your feedback has been taken seriously and shared internally for further review.
