Bought a bed for my 5 year old. Part of the cheap plywood carcass delaminated and caused the mattress to fall, Uncle Wieners is refusing to admit there is a flaw with their product and places the blame on us, thus refusing to compensate for the hot garbage they are selling.

We have proof and it was sent in to them showing the delaminated plywood. The bed was put together with the manufacturer's provided anchor points and the plywood delaminated as a direct result of the manufacturers faulty product and the location of the provided anchor points.

Terrible customer service. Buy at your own risk. Will not suggest this place to anyone.

DO NOT spend a penny of your hard earned money here. I bought a 30x50 fabric storage building, the building has mismatched instructions showing hardware styles and piping that isn’t even close to the same as the materials I was provided, the quantity of materials provided don’t match the manual, there is several main components of hardware and steel missing all together, the main structural supports are missing, there is missing stakes, missing purlins, missing bracing, missing all clamping and cables . There is not a single piece of hardware is labelled, I’m missing all the ratchets and strapping to secure the fabric, I’m missing all the ropes for tying it down, the tarp itself is most likely incorrect, there is no cut out slots for securing the tarp to the bases of the trusses, there is no eyelet holes for tying the tarp to the wall trusses. I wasted my money on this entire building, doubt it’ll even go together. I’m not a rookie or new to these things, I’m very handy with figuring things out without a manual. More than half the pedestals for the trusses are drilled twisted and do not even sit square, not even by a little bit a whole 1/4 turn out. The dimensions don’t even match up with the instructions they provide. I don’t recommend this place or their products whatsoever to anyone under any circumstances. You will get sold something that is not what it was advertised as, when you ask them to make amends they refuse. They do not stand behind a word they say and nor do they have any product support whatsoever. After calling and confirming that this is missing pieces and incorrect manuals I get told in formal words I’m S.O.L and we can’t do anything about it. I now have a partially standing building missing all the key components bracing hardware with the wrong tarp, and they are doing nothing about the fact they’re selling incomplete and mismatched packages.

Bought a 20x42 coverall building and I was missing 1 cross brace bracket and about 20 bolts and nuts . It’s been 3 weeks since I had to file a claim by email and still no parts and the store won’t do anything for me . Oh and did I mention no instructions on how to build it either. . They are so useless to deal with.

This business is literally abnormal.

1) There's hundreds of reviews about them selling defective products, then not accepting returns. Even though selling defective products violates the Sale of Goods Act. That's virtually fraudulent.

It's so big an issue that the BBB has an alert about them. A business has to be extremely untrustworthy for BBB to alert about them, this is only the 2nd business I've ever seen that. BBB gives them an F.

2) Some people say they unexpectedly charge "freight" charges for products people pick up in store.

3) They pay people $10 to write 5-star reviews on Google to bury all the 1-star ones.

4) They often sell stuff at higher prices than advertised. Even if the customer shows them the advertised price, employees just say the advertised price is wrong.

5) They regularly advertise stuff they don't even have to bait and switch.

6) They move every couple years, can't help but wonder if they're not paying rent.

I bet the owner has narcissistic personality disorder.

Payment options are horrible... in Winnipeg they won't accept cash anymore... so only options are a credit card that you pay 3% more on, or a debit card where you take all the risk if something goes wrong. Not to mention the 5% frieght surcharge on every product, just build it into the pricing for crying out loud. I will never go back, unless maybe they accept cash again, walked out without buying anything.

Should have believed the reviews and not wasted my time and fuel driving out there. Almost walked out as soon as I opened the door and the music was blasting. Im sure there is not a single item in the store that didn’t send time in a seacan. Junk junk and more junk. They charge extra if you want to use credit card and everything has a freight charge even a chocolate bar. They have definitely lowered the bar in retail. Doubt if anyone is capable of lowering it more.

I bought a brand new walk-in freezer from them last year. The condensing unit developed a fault a few months later. We've never had any of our many freezers go bad in just a few months!
They admitted culpability and offered to order warranty replacement parts, under Claim #17239.
It's been over 5 months and they have told all sorts of stories and promises to send the part to our nearest location, but no parts received yet.
We're never buying anything electrical from them again. Quality is poor and support even worse.

Bought composite deck boards invoice and person working in the store said edging and clips were included
On the invoice and the website advertisement.
Went to pick up from warehouse only boards were on the package. Raised two tickets with wieners customer service. No response from them
Shop elseware. MISSLEADING THE PUBLIC.
I will forward all information to the better. Business bureau. If no response from uncle wieners for false advertizing

I put a deposit on a cattle shelter they had on sale, but was due to be able to pick up in 60 days. They sent me an email after the 60 days went by, and said now they don’t know when it will I will be able to pick it up, it’s on back order.
Fast forward 6 months, I told them I want a refund for the cattle shelter, I found it at another supplier.
They told me it was a 20% restocking fee.
A restocking fee for something they didn’t have in stock.
This is such a greasy company, I would recommend going somewhere else to shop, and their customer service is nonexistent.
Don’t waste your time.

Oue company do sell military surplus tires across Canada and US, and the problem with Uncle Wiener we have is that this guy's sell their surplus tires with our pictures, that's bait and switch seles.
We contacted them numerous times and still half if the pictures on their website isn't their own.
Plus there is no straight contact with real person with name at this company, I won't purchase anything from them, you will not find help if you needs.

Oh let me tell you a story, approximately 2 weeks ago I ordered a computer from the store having thought I found a good deal, everything is confirmed and all good and about 8 days pass. I message them again asking where it is and I am reassured that it is in transit (see photo attached). Reassured i complete a sale of my computer since I had confirmation. Next day I get a notification after 9 days that this item is no longer in stock. I try reasoning with them and then that’s when things turn for the worst. Explaining to them that I am not looking for a refund and was owed the computer that I ordered or something to similar spec which I though was completely fair, they took every resource to waste my time and be dismissive that they didn’t do anything wrong. I explained that if I didn’t get confirmation I would be happy with the refund but with the confirmation I was expecting a physical device. Thru offered me full price devices from their website (I thought it was a joke), but Apperantly not. Asking for approximately 5 days to speak with a manager ive been completely ignored and now it seems that they are screening my number at this store. This is the new low of the lowest garbage that I’ve experienced and I suggest whatever you do don’t waste your time with the most unprofessionally run company I’ve experienced in a while. I’ll still be trying to reason with them to provide me what I am owed but rest assured there’s no communicating with this company whatsoever. If you buy something please don’t expect it showing up even if they provide confirmation that it is in transit. Still waiting for a call back guys.. it’s been 5 days now (I’ll update this post time to time)

Beware of the metal animal shelter! Spent over $3200 & they are manufactured incorrectly. Even the replacement was wrong. It's been 2 months & I am still fighting to get my money back from the claims department! That's a lot of money to be out!

Garbage products, no support, additional fees on purchase. Trash return policy. Avoid at all costs

Purchased a dump bin off the website and went to pick it up but realized it was larger then the photo on the website so asked to exchange for the smaller on pictured on the website. Even though the product had not moved I was charged a 20% restocking fee which amounted to over $220.00 dollars even though I still purchased the smaller unit that was only $40 cheaper it cost me way more. When I asked for a refund of the "restocking" fee was just told to bad its "policy" no if ands or buts ! No issue with the product but careful of their "Policys" as they will squeeze you for every dollar !

I made a purchase...paid with my debit card... decided I didn't want the item. They are the only place I know that will not fully refund your money...they hold back 20% or give you a store credit. I am a senior and cannot afford to throw money away. The manager finally agreed to give me a full refund on March 28 and today is April 16 and still no money back into my account. Every where else that I shop are able to put money back immediately if I return something. This place is owned by a very crooked ignorant Albertan. I wouldn't recommend anyone shopping there.

Recieved a product that was missing pieces and claims for missing parts won’t communicate to try getting an answer after several weeks and dozens of emails if I’m supposed to return it, if they’re going to send missing parts or if I can exchange it, few hundred km from a store and learned the hard way to make sure pieces are not missing or damaged BEFORE you pay for it. WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced anywhere in my life, would give negative stars if was an option, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them, not worth the headache and time lost.

Made a purchase of 4 packs of sponges. Then when order for 17.00 was processed, they sent me an email asking for extra 32.00 for shipping. For shipping 4 packs of sponges!!! It has to be a scam because when we order we know and choose the shipping, and it might coast 10$ tops to ship 4 very light packages of sponges. Totally bait & switch, and I’m disappointed because supposedly they are in Canada.

Purchased some skid steer tires here. Tubeless tires that require no tube. Once installed on the rims, 2 of the 4 leak around the bead. They will not pay for tubes to put in the tires so they would work. Possible refund to return them or in store credit. Paid $150 for install so probably another $150 to take off. The tires are just poor quality so would not recommend.

I ordered $1400 worth of products with a down payment. They notified me that my order had arrived and asked me to pay the remaining cost of the order before pick up. I did so and drove to the pickup location but my product hadn’t arrived. I didn’t get my money back and my product still isn’t there 2 weeks later. They aren’t returning my emails or phone calls. Feels very sketchy.
