Incorrect gender given at ultrasound. No refund offered until after the birth. Overall very unprofessional feel when I got to the clinic. Not convinced it was an actual qualified sonographer. She did not know how to work the machine properly & the pictures are all really zoomed out & upside down like she didn’t know how to do it correctly.
