Überfahrt gut - Ticketautomaten unzuverlässig

Wir sind mit Ultramar Ferry im November 2023 von Cancun zur Isla Mujeres gefahren; wegen einer langen Schlange am Ticketschalter wurden wir von einem freundlichen Mitarbeiter auf den Ticketautomaten hingewiesen und haben uns dort 2 Tickets gekauft. Alles bestens und auch die anschließende Überfahrt verlief sehr gut.

Etwa eine Woche später dann die Rückfahrt. Ich ging gleich zum Ticketautomaten, bis zur Zahlung klappte auch alles - aber es kamen keine Tickets.
Daher musste ich beide Tickets am Schalter kaufen und erneut bezahlen.

Auf zwei Emails mit genauer Beschreibung des Vorgangs und dem Nachweis der Doppelzahlung habe ich bis heute keinerlei Antwort erhalten.
Ich empfinde das als sehr wenig kundenfreundlich.
