Purchasing LED lighting solutions can be very confusing given there are so many options on the market and compatibility between components is not always clear. I've used UltraLEDs on several occasions now and found it best to contact them direct and explain what your trying to achieve. The sales team are very helpful coming up with a solution and will provide a bespoke quotation. This ensures you have all the correct items prior to installation and can save a lot of frustration & additional cost if your electrician has to stop work due to missing cables, connectors or wrong drivers etc. Prices are competitive but make sure you spend at least £75 each time to get free delivery.

I've made several purchases recently and all of the products have been excellent in both their quality and functionality. My thanks go to Thomas for helping out with a recent delivery issue (not their fault, entirely down to their carrier). It's refreshing to find someone who actually takes ownership of the problem and sorts it out for you rather than telling you to contact the courier yourself.

Speaking to Tom today who was an absolute diamond and helped me to order all the items needed for my project, will definitely be a returning customer!!

For an unexperienced installer like me when it comes to LEDs, DAVE STIRLING is an absolute man of a wonder. Answered my questions precisely and guided me all throughout. Bought some festoon string lights from this company, delivered on time and worked great. Unfortunately, after 3 months, the remote control stopped working. I contacted customer services and had an excellent experience, very helpful and sent replacement part promptly at no additional cost. Will definitely use this company again.

Poor products. Two failed lamps these were replaced now another one failed. No where close to rated hours. Poor.

Great product and delivery on time. Disappointing that the power cable was not included so had to spend an extra fiver at B&q rather than delay the project.

Having installed an LED strip system into a garden for a customer which they were delighted with unfortunately, after 6 months one section failed. I contacted Ultra and provided a description and pictures to show the issue. My point of contact was very helpful and after concluding that I needed a replacement for this section arranged for a replacement to be sent directly to site for me to install. Other products sourced from Ultra have all been installed and are working well at the customers installation. I will definitely be using Ultra again and will recommend them to new clients based on the dealings I have had and the quality of their products and after service.

First, the prices are too high, we pay probably half the price of Facebook for advertising.

Bought a neon light from them. It works well and was fairly inexpensive. They also gave me great advice about what I needed to set it up and wire it myself - really appreciated it.

When I needed the Customer Service team to ring me back they actually did! And they were helpful. And they solved the problem. This is what customers should expect but is rarely experienced. Well done.

I don't usually write reviews, but this company really has set back a big project with their handling of my enquiry/solution/order. In summary, promised a call the day i sent in my specifications, no call came. I called them next day, was promised a call back, again no call. Project now lost 4 days due to weekend. I called again today and operative was not unpleasant but was a million miles from helpful either. Turns out their LED strips would never have worked for my requirements despite initial operative assuring that adjustments were 'not a problem at all' when it came to fitting the trunking and LED strips. Save yourself some time, effort and project slip and go somewhere else from the start.

I have owned various business's for 40 + years and I have never received a level of after-care service that I thought was worthy of spending the time to leave a good review.
I used Ultra LEDs bespoke service for the first time last year, during which my electricians had problems that required some assistance. They spoke to Ultra LEDs Technical Department and on this occasion it was Tom who said he'll have to re-create the problem we were having before we could solve it and that he would get back to us. Not only did we hear back within the hour but Tom had created a video (with a careful explanation) detailing exactly what we had to do to solve the problem!
Excellent after-sales service and help! We will not go anywhere else now!
