On time. Very professional.just got the job done without any waste of time. The product is easy to use.

Dont believe the Hype, after being broken into and car stolen, we were advised to fit Ultion locks as they could not be broken, with the fitter even saying if they ever get broken in two ultion guarantee £2000 which the boast is now £5000. Roll on 4 years and we are broken into again, the car gone again, half a Ultion lock outside on the floor and half in the door. Ultion then say, they were not registered but we could show purchase details, they say lock had not lubricated (of course a bit of lubricant would have helped) and you can not give us all the parts (Police took them and last time was 3 years before had them back) therefore Ultion stance we will not accept claim. Therefore decent locks but watch out for that £5000 flashy sales pitch, there are many get out clauses they will use.

I had new doors fitted front & back of the house & I was influenced to buy them because of the high security locking mechanism of Ultion locks
I now feel really secure

I had two nice, polite and friendly men to put a new front door, they worked together as a team, cleaned when they had finished, what more could a customer ask for? Door is really heavy, smart and I feel super-safe..

Easy to do and glad for extra security

I appreciate that I may have ordered the incorrect tracker key , however you are not willing to supply a key blade only
And no explanation as to why

I ordered keys, and the tracking said DPD would deliver between 5:05-6:05, I saw the van drive past but he didn’t stop, then the tracking time changed, I wish I had put a relatives delivery address, instead of my own

One of our old smart key housings cracked. Once I'd found the master key which was stamped with the key code (probably the hardest part of the whole process), it was quick & easy to order, then arrived within 48 hours. Shame the plastic key bodies aren't more robust as they can crack when changing batteries, but the replacement service from Ultion was very good.
