Really good experience in the showroom as we knew nothing about hot tubs. Once we did our research on all of the other suppliers and manufacturers there was only one hot tub we wanted from one supplier! Really pleased with our riptide esteem and all the customer service from Jay. Thank you

Great service and communication, Keith, Kim and Jay could not have been more helpful.
Delivery day had its challenges but Keith ensured all were overcome to have hot tub in place.

We bought our hot tub from Dobbies in Atherstone two weeks ago.
Kim and Jay from the showroom are very helpful and knowledgeable,
We can call them at any time for help and advice ,which we have a few times.
Frank ,who installed it was efficient and very helpful with talking us through the do's and don't s of using the tub.
Also he explained the use of the chemicals .
We couldn't wish for a better service .We would highly recommend this company to family and friends.
We are thoroughly enjoying our hot tub,and if you are thinking of purchasing one ,take a visit to the lovely team at Dobbies in Nuneaton.

Fantastic!
Fantastic service from start to finish! Delivery service bang on time and really helpful in getting the tub in position. Some really useful advice from Keith when commissioned helped enormously with the water quality.

12 years of pleasure
My wife and I purchased our hot tub 12 years ago and it is still going. I go in the tub every day and my wife only misses when Coronation Street is on.
We have had to replace the cover a few times as they eventually do get heavy. The replacement was fitted without hassle by Keith. Chemicals are always available.
I do stay in the tub longer than I should but the wrinkles soon recover.
I have a bad back and the tub gives me instant relief.
Thanks to Ultimate we have enjoyed 12 years of pleasure.
