Scam Sales DO NOT BUY FROM HERE YOU…

Scam Sales DO NOT BUY FROM HERE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, they sell cars direct from auction, the warranty means nothing at all and even with a catastrophic engine issue / fire risk they still refuse a refund.
Banks don't help, and Citizens Advice Bureau is pointless.

I should have taken notice of other reviews and not even gone to this 2nd hand car dealer as the car we placed £300 deposit on that we didnt buy due to anomalies.
we bought another lovely car from Barnsley instead which was not only cheaper but better.

Cowboys

Paid £500 for a 6 month warranty they told me they throw in an extra 2 months as standard and also said they would give me a further 2 months for part exchanging my car. This was a month ago, don’t know how many times I’ve chased and not had anything through. Had multiple stories from, “just doing it now”, “I’ve already done it, I’ll chase for you”, “it’s with our admin team, you’ll get it the end of the week”. Sick of chasing with them now and now having to go down small claims route and trading standards.

One word. AVOID

Going to say that the guys were friendly and approachable and a decent front for the business… hence not 1 star. I wish I had read the reviews here first. Bought a DS3 for my daughter. Plus side full service history. Downside - no warranty though you can buy one. UD Cars are bought direct from an auction and passed straight on … with no service, checks etc so the onus is on you the buyer. Ours was sold with two keys. One was used for the test drive so no problem … second shown to me in a bag along with the service history. Never occurred to me open the fob… when we did later the key had been cello-taped together and was literally in pieces with key itself in two pieces! When I rang Ultimate Drive - I got the never to be forgotten reply - we sold the car with two keys, we didn’t say working keys. You have one working…
Drove the car again today … screen wash pump is broken. Wonder what will fail tomorrow? DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE.

The cowboy dealers are in town

A friend has bought a car from these cowboys and frankly she has been ripped off. Unfortunately she has allowed them to have the V5 paperwork on a promise they would refund her….guess what !!!

Avoid like the plague. Do not ever buy from these people

Avoid at all costs

If we could give 0 stars we would. Please avoid this company at all costs! Purchased a car from them for £4700 , price included delivery as we live miles away. Car turned up in the middle of the night whilst sleeping. Left outside and keys put through letterbox. (No delivery accepted, no invoice nothing!) Test drove the car round the block and noticed multiple warnings on the dash. Advised ultimate drive and then Took it to my local mechanic who advised it would need to go to a specialist Toyota garage. Which I did. Needs so much work to make it road worthy and will cost nearly £4000! Citizens advice have confirmed we are within our rights to reject the car and are entitled to a full refund. Multiple emails, and hundreds of calls to them which are either ignored or fobbed off. Now having to go down the legal route. So currently have an undriveable car sat on my driveway and am £4700 out of pocket.
