Probably cost us a customer, giving the option for 30 day payment, then deny us. Why have the option if your not pre approved, at least give some information before its 4 pm. If I would have known I would have paid up front.

As a professional artist, I was in search of cardboard corner frame protectors. I initially contacted another company that only had around sixty available, priced at about twenty cents each, which didn't make much sense for my needs. Then, I discovered that ULine offered the cardboard frame corner protectors I required, available in shipments of two hundred or multiples thereof. Since I produce a significant amount of art, I decided to try them out and ordered four hundred. This quantity is sufficient for creating one hundred original pieces of art, which I can sell either online or in a physical store and then ship to buyers. I plan to use ULine for my future supplies.
We purchased an adjustable table and several storage cabinets from ULINE. Initially, the availability of spare parts seemed like a thoughtful touch—until we realized it’s part of a frustrating cycle. The products themselves are overpriced and poorly designed, prone to damage or falling apart far too quickly. And when they inevitably do, you're left paying even more for replacement parts that feel just as inflated in price. Disappointing quality wrapped in a clever sales strategy.

I've had quite a few interactions with Uline, with all of them being very good: next-day deliveries, accuracy of products and boxes received in good condition. Today I received a Uline order where the delivery guy refused to bring the shipment to a location indoors because he "was on a tight schedule". I contacted Uline customer service which escalated the complaint to the delivery company, then offered a credit for shipment fees. Good job guys.
Former loyal customer of Uline.
They've made it clear that they do not value my business. Their tone and lack of customer service is nauseating.
I've spent hard earned money on their products, for them to be making excuses and accusations that "I" was the issue.
There are other companies.
Uline apparently thinks it's too big to fail.

I’m genuinely impressed with Uline’s customer service. I work with many companies across different sectors and handle deliveries and business logistics regularly, and I have to say — it's been a long time since I experienced service like this.
They answer the phone immediately, are super friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and always resolve any issue in no time. Whether it's tracking an order, asking product questions, or needing quick solutions — they handle it all with ease and a smile.
Whoever is behind Uline’s customer service and overall company operations truly deserves recognition. Honestly, well done! Keep up the amazing work — it's noticed and appreciated.
They have the best boxes. However I am having to change my password every time I log in. Very frustrating. Enough to keep me away.

Guys, I appreciate the catalogs but it's just a waste of money. I have received so many of these and I just dump them in the trash.
You have a website that we can search things on. You have customer service in which we can ask about products.
Please enough with the catalogs.
Once per year should be good enough.

The owners of Uline are conservative megadonors, who give a lot of money to Ron Johnson, Donald Trump, and other conservative candidates. Richard Uihlein has also funded initiatives spreading disproven conspiracy theories about voter fraud, and donated to several organizations responsible for organizing the Jan 6th "Stop the Steal" rally. If democracy and honest, fair elections are important to you, please purchase your cardboard boxes elsewhere!
Unrelated to politics (but still very weird and worth noting), Uline also makes all female employees wear skirts or dresses (not pants) and they're required to wear pantyhose between November and April.
Was yesterday at around 4.15 and I think you already know because I rang, anyway I'm deleting the original post but that guy really needs a talking to he's bringing you company down acting like a child

DIANA, the supervisor from their call center is full of attitude, which as a customer you are obligated to succumb to in order to get supplies from Uline. I refused to succumb to Diana's attitude, which resulted in my account getting deactivated by Diana's friend, Charlene W.
Uline's shipping and handling costs are outrageously high, so the quoted price bears no relationship to the actual cost. Moreover, trying to change an order within an hour of placing it met with complete dismissal. These guys need to get more customer friendly.

We’ve been a loyal Uline customer for over a decade, regularly ordering supplies for our office and building operations. Until recently, we were consistently satisfied with their products and delivery service. However, our recent experiences have been deeply disappointing.
Despite paying for lift gate and inside delivery services, we’ve now been told that bringing deliveries to our basement instead of our lobby or in our elevator — something their drivers used to do without issue — is now "at the driver's discretion." This change has caused disruptions in our building, especially when deliveries block tenant access to our elevator.
When we raised the concern, the cold, robot like response we received acknowledged the change but offered no meaningful solution, only reinforcing that the limited service we’re receiving is now standard. It’s disheartening to see a company shift away from customer-first practices after so many years of reliable partnership.
Their prices have also skyrocketed over the last few years and there are far cheaper options out there with more variety to choose from in regards to products offered.
Unfortunately, due to this decline in service and inflexibility, we will be moving our business to a supplier that values both our loyalty and our operational needs.
Red Flag: Bought 12 oz item but was charged for 52 ozs for shipping (plus tax) because of their undisclosed 40 oz catalog they included which was the size of a telephone book.

Bought a flag for $135. The rings that hole it (made of plastic) broke after a few days in 40mph winds. No way to leave reviews on their website for product or to get any sort of feedback. It's my first and last purchase from U-Line.

We order niche, bulky industrial supply items. Uline's process is smooth, efficient, and they deliver fast to our Houston shop. This is extremely helpful, and I have come to rely on Uline when we are in a serious time crunch. Communication is very easy via phone or online chat, and it has always been professional and customer oriented with the few issues I have needed following up with.
Their prices aren't bargain basement level, but they do get better with volume orders. I am a repeat customer mainly for the speed and quality of the customer experience.
So I've been using U line boxes for years now and the quality is ok. The last couple years, I've seen the quality slip a fair bit. But on top of that, I've been getting a ton of upcharges from all my major couriers I use and I can't figure out why. I write down the size of the box that printed on the box and I always upsize the weight to the next highest pound.. I just found out that the printed size on U lines boxes are internal sizes.. Can someone please ask U line why you would print the internal size on the box when ALL couriers and shippers use the outside dimensions when they scan and measure them!!!! Now I've got to find a new box supplier that does it correctly!!

Needed a hard to find item. Found precisely what I wanted on line at Uline. Created account. Ordered item. Just as I hit submit button I realized a mistake. Called customer service. A real human answered on 2nd ring. She had perfect English, assume somewhere in America. Immediately knew who I was and had my order status based on the account I’d created less than 5 minutes earlier. She Helpfully and pleasantly fixed issues. Item arrived next day and was just as described. WOW! I know, “But that’s the way it’s supposed to work.” Yeah, but it was so cool to actually experience it. Very rare these days. You go Uline!
Tried to get replacement parts for a TV Mount and was told to buy an entirely new mount set up. New mount arrived missing vital parts, when I called customer service they suddenly had replacement hardware available, but it would only ship the following Monday. Wednesday I get an email saying the replacement hardware won't even begin shipping for another 2 weeks minimum. Untrustworthy, unreliable and overpriced.
