I didnt purchase as you said you couldnt get the part I wanted.

Part took longer than expected and when it arrived it was damaged. The part did not fit my model either despite it saying it did on the web site.
The 3 marks are for an excellent customer service. They were quick to respond to emails and the credit for the faulty part was issued in hours. For that reason I would buy from them again.

Excellent service even after I ordered the wrong part. Order was quickly cancelled and a link to the part needed sent over so I could order correctly. Thank you Kenneth.

I contacted the company regarding my fridge door, they were very helpful and I purchasd it fits perfectly.

Unfortunately the part I wanted was out of stock with no due by date. However I have managed to get the same part from the USA and even with postage its cheaper.

Unfortunately, the item I required turned out to be a special order / possibly obsolete item. They did email to explain all options and it was left to me to decide upon further action. At the moment I’m trying other outlets but getting more or less the same situation.
I probably will go back when all my options have been exhausted.
Can’t fault customer service.

Very good service and info. communication. I managed to order the the wrong bearing and seal kit.This problem was soon solved by the adviser and the correct item was promptly sent. A minor 'moan' is that the image on the website parts listing only showed a drum seal ? The full kit comprises one seal and two bearings . The correct image was found when clicked the enlarge image option.I think this problem could do with some attention. Best regards, Michael Hemming.

Having changed the doors round the seals would not close an engineer was called turning the seals around has worked but I feel this a temporary measure have received replacements but they didn’t seal.all the glass shelves have a gap where the plastic trim covers the shelf’s edges awaiting a response to these problems
