Techstore is excellent - my recent review referred to a different product and company

My most sincere apologies. The Nuance software I purchased from you works perfectly. I bought the Office software from Fastsoftware and I mistakenly thought that the Trustpilot review was about that.
Your company and the Nuance product deserves 5 stars! My most sincere apologies again!!!

I contacted the supplier with a question regarding reinstallation in the event of PC failure, this being important because using download one does not have a disc copy. The company responded first thing in the morning.
The download process is not immediately obvious. Once you start the payment process the system sends you an email with a link. This lodged itself in junk mail so one must be aware that this may happen.
The download went smoothly even when using a mobile dongle as I had on this occasion.
All in all good service just a little expensive 😁
