Placed an order for next day delivery

It did not arrive

Sent an email to query delivery - got a vague response with no details of my order

I allowed 1 week to pass before emailing again (still no item arrived)

I sent 2/3 emails since and have requested a refund - had no response to date

They have taken the money and done a runner

The website ‘enquiry’ doesn’t work and they also don’t pick up the phone / phone number is fake

Do not use this company!!

Bought a top for the world cup and requested next day delivery - then see online that it may take up to 6 weeks for them to deliver it - try to cancel the order several times and they dont respond - the strips are then received weeks later and they then dont respond to any returns requests. Absolute joke of a company - Do not use!!

Took weeks for my item to arrive, very poor communication. By the time the jersey arrived the team had already been knocked out of the World Cup. Worst thing is, despite paying a fair bit extra for print on the back, the jersey had no print. Tried instigating a return almost a week ago but still no response. Avoid this BS

Anyone can help me on how to liaise with the staff directly? My credit card was charged but I did not receive any order confirmation from the store. I have been emailing them the usual way and their website but no response.. My panic attack is to the max as it was few hundred dollars being charged to my card and the Bank can't help too

UKsoccershop are always competitively priced and the postage times are super quick. The service and delivery updates are also brilliant.

Easy to use website. I was eligible for a student discount and best thing was how quickly my item was despatched and delivered. Quality seems good, size slightly smaller than I expected but that might be my misreading of a medium. It’s a gift so will find out if it fits tomorrow!

Steer well clear. Spend your money with a business that provides at least some level of customer service and clarity. I'm not surprised there are so many 1 star reviews...

I can't quite get my head around why a company would advertise lots and lots of product that it doesn't have in stock or is unable to source. The website is extremely misleading, however legit it looks, and the Trust Pilot reviews reflect the frustration of customers. It's very disappointing. Save your time and money.

It's also totally baffling following the process this business has in place when taking/processing/rejecting orders.

I placed an order and paid the money, then an hour later I receive an automated looking email from a 'Matthew' asking why I cancelled the order (very confusing). A partial refund then followed. The price of the shirts was returned to me but the company for some reason kept the £6.85 I paid for postage.

I sent emails their way asking for clarity re: the refund and then another automated email came in asking for feedback on my order. Another email then sent to them asking what was going on and requesting that the missing part of the refund comes back to me.

Later that evening another automated looking email comes in from 'Simon' informing me the order had been rejected (basically they allow you to order items which they do not stock and have no way of even sourcing!). This email also mentions a refund, however it's not clear whether this is referencing the partial refund already sent, or is this saying in a few working days I will be refunded the missing postage costs?! Another email sent back asking for clarity. Still no reply to any of my emails.

You also no longer have the ability to call them, assumingly because of all the disgruntled customers leaving 1 star reviews each day and they are so incompetent it's easier to just ignore you. These guys need to be on Watchdog.

In the end I escalated the matter with my bank and within 2 days the missing refund had returned to my account. Shock

Very easy to order and very quick delivery of good quality stuff.

I placed my order on 13th June and after waiting two weeks for delivery I emailed the company. The customer service wasn't very helpful all they said was that it was on the way. The tracking option on their site doesn't work so was left in limbo. I finally recieved my order on the 7th July. Communication needs to improve and the tools on their website i.e tracking need to be working, overall a frustrating experience.

Finally got a refund 4 weeks on after various emails chasing the sods, once bitten and all that.

Legit website ordered a World Cup shirt I don’t like ordering online normally because of sizing issues but it was a perfect fit and quality is amazing very happy 👌🏻

Ordered a shirt and paid for quickest delivery, and it came the next day, even after having it personalised. Would definitely buy from here again. Would recommend this website to any football fan

Do not use this provider. They sent me a faulty top, advised me to return it to be fixed/replaced and then lost the delivery and refused to take responsibility. I have proof from the Royal Mail that it was delivered back to them. Rather than take responsibility, UK Soccer Shop stopped replying to emails and their telephone number doesn’t work. This is a sham business.

Took my money for a personalized shirt - never shipped.
Communication is very slow and information is just not accurate. So far, over the last few days, I've been told my order is ready to be shipped (ordered it a month ago), my order has been shipped, my order is ready for pickup. The online dashboard has no record of my order, the tracking number does is not recognizable by Royal Mail.
Make sure you use a credit card for purchases so you can dispute the charges.

I am very disappointed with my experience with UKSoccerShop.

On 22 June, I received an email confirming that my refund had been approved and would be processed. More than 15 days have now passed, and I still have not received my money.

I have contacted customer service multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved. If there is a delay, customers deserve clear communication and an honest explanation. Promising a refund and then failing to process it is unacceptable.

I hope UKSoccerShop resolves this matter promptly, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from them until they improve their customer service and refund process.

They took money for order of two t-shirts for almost £194
Only sent one item and disappeared
They are not responding to my emails or any phone calls
At least return my money back for the item they never sent
