They seem to be mis-selling products. Adidas selling "Authentic" matchday kits and also "replica" kits. The replica kits are being sold by UKsoccershop for the price of the Authentic kits. On the adidas website, the Authentic kits are selling for GBP 125 whilst the Replica kits go for GBP 80. I would seriously advise against purchasing official adidas merchandise from here! A customer support individual told me that they were aware that they do this too!

Great condition slow delivery

Item took 2 weeks to arrive and I have been requesting to return the item for over a week with no response

I have ordered a shirt with this company almost 6 weeks ago for my grandson birthday and have yet to receive the item and no refund.please do not waste money buying from this company. Only a generated same email is sent out every.time.my grandsons birthday has gone now. So disappointed.

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a football shirt on 20 July after the website stated it would be dispatched within 1–2 business days (5 business days at the latest). At no point before I paid was there any indication that the item was a pre-order or that they didn't actually have it in stock. Several days later, after hearing nothing, I checked my order status myself and only then discovered they were waiting for the manufacturer to supply the shirt before they could fulfil my order. Had this been made clear before checkout, I would never have placed the order. I then tried contacting the company repeatedly, sending around 10 emails and submitting an enquiry through their website, but I received no response whatsoever. It wasn't until I initiated a chargeback through my bank that they suddenly processed a refund. That says everything about their customer service. If you value honest stock information, communication and timely delivery, I'd strongly recommend buying from somewhere else.

I made contact with customer service via email regarding a return that was slightly out of the returns date but the company were very understanding and receptive to my request to return the unwanted item. I was offered store credit which I used to put towards an item that I purchased. Communication was excellent the understanding offered to me for the return was much appreciated.

Highly recommended.

Football shirt nothing like it's supposed to be. Returns too much of a pfaff. Won't be ordering again from them. Suppose you learn by your mistakes.

Immediately after ordering, I had a sinking feeling. listing said jersey was authentic. Which means on-field jersey. So I wrote, and asked politely to cancel if it was not an authentic on-field. No one responded to 4 emails within 4 days. item shipped. it wasn't authentic. and the numbers applied were generic, not from the federation of the US jersey. I wrote again. This time got a reply and told that's just what they do. I disputed and lost. Brutal. buyer beward.

A great selection of football shirts etc, always one of the first places I go to when I'm looking for something. Always good quality merchandise, never had a problem.

I got myself a Torino training top and a Messi Argentina top for my daughter. Both are good quality with quick delivery. Will definitely use again.

Stolen £77 from me for taking payment for a shirt they never had. Refusing to email be back and no active telephone number! Thieves !!! Do not use this company in any circumstances read all thier poor reviews.

Every 5 Star review is automated and fake. Place is shit. Trust the 1 star reviews, because they would have give them a 0 if possible.

Do not order products from this company. I received the wrong order - incorrect description from their website - with insects present on the product within the enclosed bag. Sent a number of emails, tried phoning - nothing. Sent the product back with an accompanying note - again no response of any kind. Be warned, this is not a business you want to be involved with.

The company is a hoax. It has no stock, and drop ships items from Asia after you order.

The website is completely misleading, with key information hidden in the small print.

Customers will think they get their items in 2-5 days. It's more like 1-2 months.

Why do they have no customer service number? Because they are scammers!

Why are their email responses are rude and condescending? Because they are scammers.

Why can you not track a package? Be sure they are scammers.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT'S A SCAM.

They will be reported to Trading standards for their misleading inducements. Help others by exposing the scammers on all their social media.

We ordered a shirt with next day delivery. It wasn't dispatched for weeks after multiple emails were sent.
We decided to send it back and ask for a refund - after wasting £7 on next day delivery.
They want us to pay for postage return. Really unimpressed and lack of communication.
Wondering if it is some kid running this business out of his bedroom.

The shirt is great , the quality is great. 1st class service.
