Very good experience using this company for the first time. Staff explained the process and therefore sent off my goods. Although some of the items ended up being base metals rather than precious the staff explained what metal each item was. The price on my gold items matched the site quoted one and money was transferred within a few hours. The whole process of sending the items and receiving money into my bank was within 24 hours. Excellent service 10/10.

I googled where to send scrap gold and this company came up on my search. I used it primarily as it was UK based and it had a great online calculator for estimates on how much your gold is worth. Having previously used a well known high st retailer, I was shocked at how much my gold was actually worth. The high ST retailer offered me half of what this company offered me. Not only did they offer me twice the high st offered, they called me within 24hrs of them receiving my gold to confirm the offer and asked if I was happy to proceed. They are polite, very efficient and have your money in your bank account with 48hrs. I highly recommended them.

I don't usually write reviews unless I'm dubious in the first place and then have a good experience. We are always quick enough to write when its bad! I had a broken necklace which I sent off via special delivery and got a phone call the next day from Alex and he quoted literally what was on the calculator on their website. The money was in my bank that day! 24 hours it's that quick. No issues or trying to knock the price down. Very simple. Will definitely use them again!

Easy to use website (except I probably could have chosen to receive a cheque rather than pay for an instant bank transfer, but I didn't see where the payment options were). Easy to estimate how much my silver coins were worth (having already used online information on the silver content of old British coins) and thus decide whether to proceed. Very quick response and payment.

Had a small 18 ct Identity bracelet 11.5g quoted on Saturday evening, significantly better price than most competitors (£485). Was worried I would get offered much less when they received it. But after posting Monday got a call on Tuesday and price was only £1 less than the Saturday quote. That’s what I call 5 star service! Would recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future!

What a very professional service it’s had to find a top service this day and age but I went online used there service on website and I got a call and was happy with the offer and then all done. Will be using again I very highly recommend this company.
